"I am a very picky person on how I like things done. This has been the best experience I have ever had with work done at my house. I needed the wall behind the fire pit completely redone as it was cracked badly. Emanuel and his crew tore down the old wall and dug a better foundation, added more bars to the structure to make it more solid. I had flagstone removed from the seating area & fire pit surface and replaced with travertine tiles. The bottom portion was to be stucco but in mid project I changed my mind and asked Emanuel to place a stone facade knowing it would be extra money which I thought it was reasonable. Emanuel was very supportive even though it was altering his timeline. We are super happy with the results. Emanuel and his crew are the best! I wish every person had the work ethics and detail oriented principles that Emanuel exhibits on his work."

"Pedro is a very professional Structural Engineer. Very knowledgeable."

"Justin Garcia communicates very well. He visited the job site within 24 hours of my call, conducted a thorough analysis of the items highlighted by the inspector, and issued his report. He is one of the most knowledgeable structural engineers in the state and his professionalism is exemplary."

"I represented a client purchasing a new home that had a crack in one of the trusses. The buyers requested a structural engineer to assess the issue, but finding someone available on short notice proved difficult—until I connected with Phil. He was transparent, professional, and set clear expectations from the start. Phil handled everything with honesty and expertise, and I would highly recommend him if you ever need a structural engineer."

"I have hired them again."

"ResDraft did an outstanding job designing my Garage/ADU. Their expertise in residential building codes and attention to detail were evident throughout the entire project. Whenever revisions were needed, they responded promptly and resolved each issue efficiently. I highly recommend ResDraft to anyone looking for reliable, knowledgeable, and professional residential drafting and design services."

"Not sure it could have gone any better. From getting the bid to the final walkthrough. We got 5 different bids from highly rated landscaping companies. Zee was the only estimator that listened to what I wanted to do, and instead of trying to talk me out of it like some of the others, worked with me to make it successful. Zee and the crew didn't bat an eye when I asked the to change a few things (some of them I messed up). Some were even simply out-of-scope of the project but they did them anyway without complaint. They weren't even the most expensive bid but I do believe they turned out to be the best at any price. We are very happy we selected them."

"To be honest Im dealing with a complicated district and I was kind of frustrated that my project was handed off to a new person but Raegan Hammon was the most patient, kind, professional and efficient Architect I have ever had the pleasure 🙏 of doing business with. Thank you for placing my project in her very capable hands. Forever grateful Leilee Keppard [*** Link removed ***]"
