"The work completed was of the highest quality. Danny, the owner of DM Building, is a fair and honest business owner, and very responsive. He has a very skilled group of people and they did a great job from start to finish. Our foreman, Scott, who treated the project like it was his own home, provided excellent guidance and help throughout the remodel. The attention to detail was impressive and suggestions were made along the way which made the house even better. Most of the workers are employees which helps in scheduling work. We did work with some contractors recommended and managed by DM Building for kitchen and laundry cabinets, as well as tiling and flooring--and they were professional and did excellent work. In my case, I had never done a remodel and my husband was the main contact in initiating the work. Unfortunately, he died when we were in the middle of the rebuild. Danny, Scott and his crew were very supportive and helped me through the remodel, over and above my expectations, accommodating additional changes and working with me to get everything completed. The house is beautiful."

"We did a full remodel of our place, full new kitchen, and expanded our place into the backyard for a new master suite. Pac Sands did a really great job with our designs. Great tools that made the communication easy with the plans and changes we needed. And they handled the engineering and permitting too, which was great. Highly recommend."

"Luis and his crew always do amazing work for jobs big and small. Consistently and reliably great and professional."

"I had the pleasure of working with Aws on a recent project and was thoroughly impressed by his professionalism and efficiency. He delivered a clean, straightforward structural design that met all the necessary requirements without unnecessary complexity. Aws was fast, reliable, and highly communicative throughout the process, making coordination smooth and strass-free. On top of that, the pricing was very reasonable. I highly recommend Aws and his firm for any structural engineering needs. They offer a great combination of expertise, responsiveness, and value."
