Devendra completely understood our requirements and came up with all the needed plans like structural, plumbing, electrical, etc in a very quick turn around. He maintained a very good communication with me and my contractor while the project is ongoing. He did a very good co-ordination with the Fremont city building approval team and able to get the permit approved on time. He even took care of a special requirement that came up in our case that mandated a special inspection on removing the load bearing wall. It was a pleasure working with Devendra and I would highly recommend him as an architect for any home building/remodeling projects."

"Shilpa did an amazing job designing an addition to a home we bought. It included remodeling an extra framed garage into a master bedroom suite, laundry room and powder room plus adding to its size . The project also included doubling a great room to blend into the house with the new suite as well as opening up the kitchen to this great room and raising the ceiling . The design blends really well and will provide a nice open plan for living and entertaining I was impressed with how well Shilpa understood what we wanted and executed the plans in the time frame promised if not earlier.
