"Kamran dd a fantastic job. He reached out to me quickly and had his associate come by to look at the walls I was removing. I received an estimate for the work. Kamran worked extra long on the project to help me utilize the beams that I had pre purchased. I would recommend anyone who need a professional engineer recommendation to use OHI engineering"

"I had a great experience working with Omid Gharavi of OGV Structural Engineering for structural engineering permit services for my home in Baltimore. He was knowledgeable, professional, and easy to work with. The drawings he prepared and stamped, along with the engineering letter, were approved by the county without issue, allowing me to move forward with my home project. I truly appreciate his expertise and would highly recommend his services."

"My property has never looked so good. The landscape designer was so talented and creative that I couldn't be more pleased. She moved plants, redid some of the pots on my stoop and basically made the curb appeal amazing. The weeds were expertly disposed of and my bushes looked manicured and gorgeous. The mulch was professionally done. In fact I mulch every year but have never had such a pleasing finished product.
The only negative, which was minor, was that the team arrived late. That may be due to the schedule person and not the team themselves. They certainly made up for the delay in their fabulous finished product! They were worth the wait.
This was my first experience with them, and I look forward to a continued association.
GREAT JOB!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"

"This company is wonderful. The project manager, Jason, and his crew were amazing. They turned a tiny bathroom and tiny room into a large, gorgeous, elegant bathroom. I used this company for two other bathroom remodels. Be sure you get Jason if you want a professional and efficient team."

"I hired NV to extend my kitchen and remodel it, I am highly satisfied with their services. The team was professional. They answer all my questions on the initial consultation meeting. The architect and designer took the time to listen to my ideas and be able to design the extension and kitchen. Project manager communicated with me regularly and kept me updated on the progress of the project. The extended and remodeled kitchen looks really nice. The team paid close attention to every detail, ensuring that the final product was exactly what I had envisioned. Overall, I highly recommend this company for any kitchen extension and remodeling needs. They are professional, reliable, and committed to delivering high-quality results. Thank you for making my dream kitchen a reality!"

"1) I had signed a contract with a brick/masonry company on September 10, 2019, to construct a full brick veneer on the front of my house. The crew worked one day, October 14, 2019, then nothing! Sometime after that, the firm concluded my project required a building permit approved by Loudoun County, VA. I signed a blank building permit form in November. 2) Doug was hired by the firm to conduct a structural engineers analysis of my house and to prepare drawings and written guidance for the construction of the brick veneer wall, for review by the Loudoun County building permit office. 3) Doug came on November 11, 2019, to survey my house. He was on time, efficient and courteous. He knew exactly how to plan and execute his assignment. He did not waste his or my time. Yet he did take the time to answer all of my questions. 4) He minimized demolition needed to analyze the structure by cutting a piece of drywall from the garage (vs the living space) 5) He submitted his work deliverable to the brick/masonry firm ahead of his contract schedule. 6) On a couple of occasions since his November 11, 2019 appointment, he has contacted me to check on the progress of the project. (Work resumed in January 2020.) I believe he genuinely cares that my project is completed properly and to my satisfaction."

"I would highly recommend working with Structurist Consulting. They were responsive, readily available, gave more time than anticipated on a complicated structural examination and most importantly, really nice."

"I was having problems getting a permit 4 an elevator instalation in my home. AK did the engineer drawing and assisted me thru the complicated PG County permit process. I am extremely satisfied. HK D"

"To be honest Im dealing with a complicated district and I was kind of frustrated that my project was handed off to a new person but Raegan Hammon was the most patient, kind, professional and efficient Architect I have ever had the pleasure 🙏 of doing business with. Thank you for placing my project in her very capable hands. Forever grateful Leilee Keppard [*** Link removed ***]"

"At the time of this surgery I am still working with his architect. He did come on site for meeting, had some good ideas and has since sent me the first round of drawings to review. His pricing was good and I’m very pleased with the service so far. I would absolutely recommend them."
