He was the most reasonably priced of all the architects I reached out to. Some wanted a percentage of the renovation cost but since I already had my design I just needed drawings to get my permit. He was flexible and came through. There were a few errors on the drawings but he made the corrections when I pointed them out. I would work with him again."
