"Richard is a wonderful person to work with. Great communication and very easy going. He knows his stuff! He was able to accomodate the design needed for additions in my 1949 Cape Cod style home, as well as redesign on the interior. He lived more than an hour away, but was willing to travel out to my home for measurements! This was a huge plus. He was able to coordinate the printing of blueprints, so I could pay for them and have them sent to my home, since he lived a distance away. I would highly recommend him to anyone, in need of an architect, for a project, on an older home. He was such a pleasure to work with!"

"We are very pleased with the outcome of our remodel. Looks great and it has made such a difference to our house. Ryan was responsive to our questions and needs, and Dale was on time every day without fail. Great job by Dale and very happy with Wayne’s tiling work. Floor install come out beautifully. While it took a long time, it was worth the wait."

"Contacted them in march, they were quick to get back to me to see the job and make a proposal. I wanted steel rather than the more common laminated wood beam, they were happy to accomodate this. I had to clear all my stuff out of the basement so that they could work, this delayed my acceptance of the contract until I finished . When they began it took about a 2 weeks to complete. They first put up 2 tempoary support walls, removed the basement staircase and put it off to one side, then poured the footings for the post. When the concrete was ready it took 1 day to lift in the beam and put the post under it. A great improvement over what was there when i bought the house.

October 2015, I am still pleased with the steel beam."

"Perry Brothers Construction is a quality company. Every employee from the top down is courteous, professional, knowledgeable and efficient. Work is done in a timely manner. Workers are polite, clean, net and responsible. Their work is impeccable."

"He knows engineering. I would recommend him."

"Khaled and his crew built a large 2-story garage for us and it came out wonderful. Khaled managed multiple sub-contractors, engineers, and the town's building department. The build did not always go according to plan and it did end up taking longer than anticipated, but that is to be expected with construction projects - especially in this worker & supply-limited climate. Despite delays and setbacks, Khaled always has his customer's interest at heart, and will make sure that the work is done well. I would recommend Abalia Construction and will use them again in the future."

"Great. Joe, who is the owner of Classical Homes, is knowledgeable and competent and a pleasure to do business with. He has excellent sub-contractors who know what they are doing and are pleasant to have in your home.. He provides reliable cost estimates , and is careful to let you know about the additional cost of any changes in plans as the work progresses. He's easily contacted, and returns phone calls in a timely way. I'm happy to have the opportunity to recommend his company."

"The workers came on the appointed day with a longer ladder, as suggested.    Terry called to ask if he and an assistant could come by earlier than the original appointment time because they had finished work scheduled in the area earlier than expected; that certainly worked for me.    He surveyed the roof, took pictures and reattached a loose shingle that had fallen into the gutter.   Terry showed me the pictures of the roof from many angles; they showed no other repairs were necessary at this time.  Terry asked if there was anything else that required attention, but nothing else was immediately apparent.  He gave me his card and explained that the company does general contacting work.
I am very impressed with the speed and efficiency shown today and won't hesitate to call MMP Construction in future if I need general contracting work done.
