"Amazing! I purchased a tiny 200+ year old cottage. Before I made the offer, we had a structural engineer look at it, as it was crooked and quirky, as cottages tend to be. He said all was sound, and gave me a list of remediations for the structural GC to make. We made an offer the next day based on that, and based on the tiny size, the GC felt comfortable making the remediations without plans. When it came time for structural inspection, the town said given we had not used plans, they wanted an engineer to take a look post work. The original engineer refused, saying they only offered post-remodeling inspections for owners whom had hired them as structural architects. I called AJA, and he came out the next day... a total lifesaver as we were holding up the whole project for sign off. He did a thorough inspection, giving a few small, additional recommendations, which we made. We passed the next inspection with flying colors. Because the house is old and quirky, it was not only the home inspector, but also the town commissioner on hand. AJA was quick, communicative, and professional. They were thorough, but not trying to upsell. Happily recommend them to all!"

"My wife and I were considering having some remodeling done to our house but we were not sure how it would all work. A friend recommended we hire an architect or draftsman to help with the ideas. We submitted the request through Angie's and found Richard from iCornerstone. We live in Tyngsborough and he came to our house from Weymouth and spent the day measuring everything in the house and provided us with an outstanding renderings and diagrams of our house from all the floors. We didn't have any original drawings and neither did the town wit details. Richards work was exemplary and nothing short of outstanding. He really knows his stuff and he kept in contact the entire time. We asked for the changes and he made them to a second diagram with a 3D layout we could show to the contractors for the remodel. I highly recommend Richard and iCornerstone for any of your needs."

"Top-Notch firm. The gentlemen who performed the survey were very professional and efficient. Provided an overview of what they were going to do, staked our entire odd lot, and then walked the property line with me to explain the excentricities of the lot. Excellent service for the price. Received 3 copies of surveyed plot about a week later in the mail.

"I’ve been working with Steve Medeiros of SPM Design on a complete remodel of my home, and I highly recommend him. From the start, Steve produced excellent designs that really captured what I was hoping to achieve with the renovation. His ideas were thoughtful, practical, and improved the overall vision for the house. What really stands out is how easy Steve is to work with. As the project evolved and some plans changed—as they often do in a major renovation—he was always flexible, responsive, and willing to adapt the design to make things work better. He consistently came back with smart solutions and improvements. Steve is professional, creative, and collaborative throughout the entire process. If you’re looking for an architect who delivers great design and is genuinely enjoyable to work with, I strongly recommend Steve Medeiros and SPM Design. I’m very glad I found him."
