"Great experience, quick results. Great feedback from building inspector-Many times we do not fully recognize the value a design professional provides to our projects. In this case, I see the value far exceeding the cost in that it provides a clear scope to the depth of the project, allows for accurate materials and time analysis, and limits the probability of inspection failure due to unforeseen factors. It is a comprehensive plan that allows for ease of review and approval."

"I needed an engineer to calculate and provide plans for a failing support beam. Robert was so easy to work with, answered all questions and provided all necessary plans and details. Engineers don't come cheap, but their knowledge and advice are priceless. If you need an engineer for anything, I highly recommend Robert Pryor."

"Whole team was great. Existing house remained mostly clean the entire build. Really like working with their architect team as well on the design. A+ all around."

"Super responsive and helpful. Came out within a few days looked at my project (removing load bearing wall and identifying partion walls), and submitted stamped plans within a couple of days. Quick , easy ,simple. Pricing was similar to other engineers I spoke to."

"Mike's drawings are crisp and professional. I am frequently told by architects and clients that our submittals are the best they have seen. He responds to corrections and changes without issue and I enthusiastically recommend him."

"A soft wall due to improperly installed gutter by some other entity or homeowner caused water to constantly leak into the wall from the exterior roofline. This soft wall grow moldy and become riddled with pests/bugs. The contractor identified the potential issues, agreed to explore and open the walls and discuss the conditions, made sound recommendations for repair and did exactly what was noted in the repair (replaced a load bearing exterior wall, fixed the sill plate, completed the roof, shingles etc. and closed up the walls on the inside with insulation and sheet rock.). The work was timely, well done, the workers were clean as they did the job and kept the rest of the property clean. The manager of the job David Apel was and is an excellent communicator with phone/email/text and photos of processes and progress. I am going to use this company in my own investment endeavors on other properties and projects given the level of finished work, the timing and especially the level of detailed communication."

"I dealt with the owner Paul who really understands all homes are not alike. He gave me options and didn't try and push some deal of the month on me. He was able to custom order what I needed and install it professionally. He even painted the trim and cleaned up the mess!"

"To be honest Im dealing with a complicated district and I was kind of frustrated that my project was handed off to a new person but Raegan Hammon was the most patient, kind, professional and efficient Architect I have ever had the pleasure 🙏 of doing business with. Thank you for placing my project in her very capable hands. Forever grateful Leilee Keppard [*** Link removed ***]"

"Roger is a gentleman and a professional of the highest caliber. My wife and I are building a home in North Stonington, CT and hired a virtual architect 2 years ago to design our home. After $5,000, and 3 months, we were left with what felt like an intern-level deliverable. We swore that the next time we used professional services, we would find someone who had experience in the industry, knowledge of the area, and the passion for building a young families dream home, not just processing work. We found all of those things in Roger and could not be happier with his work or his kindness as a person. I am now in the budgeting phase and am sending out Rogers drawings for contractors to quote, and the first thing every one of them says is I have not heard of this Greenwald guy but he does damn good work. It inspires my wife and I to know that we were in such capable hands."

"Paul Bloom from Bloom Design designed two separate major projects. Also, a minor project was provided by Paul. One being a complete bedroom remodel for my son. Paul provided us with top quality designs. He had terrific ideas and designed an awesome study space for my teenage son as well as abundance of storage space. Another project was a remodel of mine and my husband's office. Paul's design was very well detailed, thought out and provided us with all of the best conveniences of working from home. Paul also designed a magnificent attractive entryway chair, mirror and table that is both functional and eloquent. In general, Bloom Designs will give you superior workmanship. Paul is a very attentive, polite and a respectful person to work with. I am looking forward to another project and would absolutely want to work with Paul again."
