""It's like walking into a magazine" as stated by two different visitors to our newly remodeled home by Pristine Construction. Nathan and Mike, owners of Pristine Construction abide by the premise that your home is their home, as shown by their work ethics and end results. We had interviewed several contractors but we chose Pristine because of the initial interview that immediately gave us confidence that this company would take care of us in a timely and respectful manner. Due to a plumbing leak in our home, our hands were pushed to finally redo a portion of our home.  Our project included, a total demolition of our kitchen, down to the studs, addition of a powder room, and an addition to the master bedroom of a master closet and master bathroom.  It was a huge project! From the beginning, Nathan and Mike visited the sight every day and their sub-contractors showed up on time and cleaned up before leaving. Whenever, we needed to contact Nathan or Mike, they always answered their phones.  Their Office Manager, Shelley, called us, at least three times a week to check in with us.  The personal touch does still exist!  Nathan took us to his vendors to pick out plumbing fixtures, appliances, tile and windows and doors!  The vendor's products were top notch but budget friendly. On April 13, 2015, three months to the day of starting, our huge project was complete!  We now have a stunning white kitchen anchored by engineered hardwood floors, gleaming glass backsplash, beautiful soapstone counter tops, a huge island and pantry. We have more storage than we know what to do with.  The cabinets were personally made by a craftsman who knew how to handle our cove ceiling. The lighting in the kitchen is excellent and the under mount LED cabinet lights add such ambiance. Our master suite is a peaceful retreat with soft gray walls, a huge walk in closet with craftsman made cabinets and the bathroom, oh the bathroom!  The floor is marble, counter tops and backsplash a stunning quartz, flanked by another craftsman made linen cabinet.  The frameless shower is exquisite, with Grohe fixtures, glass tiles and a pebble floor meeting the custom built seat. A pocket door now encloses the toilet!  The exterior stucco of our house was also redone due to our addition of new, energy efficient windows.  Of course, we added many additional items to our original scope of work due to the fact that we saw the incredible work of Pristine Construction.  As other reviewers have noted that Nathan and Mike become a part of your family, so it has been for us.  We could not recommend Pristine Construction more.  We will actually miss seeing them each day.  Thank you Pristine Construction and all of the Sub-Contractors for a job, more than well done!

"My husband and I hired G & L Design to create a Tuscany inspired backyard which is comprised of pavers stone patio, custom outdoor fireplace, and soft landscaping. They beat out several other landscaping companies because their willingness to work with our design vision and preset budget, as well as their stellar reviews on Angie's List. Rick Shadley, the landscape architect/designer, worked all of our aesthetic inputs and personal styles into his ultimate amazing artistic yard design. He truly captured our wish of reliving the Tuscany trips we took by giving us a Tuscan inspired garden that looked like a page torn out of a landscaping magazine. He was one of the most humble, gracious, and talented designers we have had the pleasure of collaborating with. The only drawback my husband and I saw was the company's decision not to involve him during all the construction phases of the project. I am sure that he would be more than happy to help if he was called upon -- we just hoped his involvement was already part of the built-in processes. Dee the project manager showed up not once but sometimes numerous times a day to monitor and guide the progress of our project. He was very knowledgeable and easy to work with. He decided to deliver us a custom built fireplace (much sturdier than a pre-fabricated version) after discovering the windy nature of where we live. Based on our experience and observations, the company also hires reliable and hardworking workers. Since the completion of our yard, we have received many compliments from family and friends alike. As with all projects, there were challenges. The company would have received all five stars if it were not for the minor time delays (partially it was caused by holidays and weather challenges). My husband and I will undoubtedly host many parties and spend a lot of free time enjoying the garden and be virtually transported back to our favorite Tuscany spots. I would definitely recommend G & L to our family and friends in the future!"

"David and his team did a great job with the drawings for our room addition remodeling project. We added a large section to the back of the house and created a 1 bedroom and a bathroom room with a small kitchen. David came up with comprehensive blueprints for the entire remodeling project, and he also generated a great 3D renderings of the addition for us. He also got for us all the permits from the city."

Alpha helped with structural plans for windows in a garden level unit in order to prepare the proposal for city approval. Alpha is a big company and it took them a little while to complete everything; however I can certainly say that the engineer and contact people were knowledgeable and thorough. The plans were approved with their help and now that the unit is permitted for occupancy, the windows are a lovely attribute to the space."
