"Amazing! I purchased a tiny 200+ year old cottage. Before I made the offer, we had a structural engineer look at it, as it was crooked and quirky, as cottages tend to be. He said all was sound, and gave me a list of remediations for the structural GC to make. We made an offer the next day based on that, and based on the tiny size, the GC felt comfortable making the remediations without plans. When it came time for structural inspection, the town said given we had not used plans, they wanted an engineer to take a look post work. The original engineer refused, saying they only offered post-remodeling inspections for owners whom had hired them as structural architects. I called AJA, and he came out the next day... a total lifesaver as we were holding up the whole project for sign off. He did a thorough inspection, giving a few small, additional recommendations, which we made. We passed the next inspection with flying colors. Because the house is old and quirky, it was not only the home inspector, but also the town commissioner on hand. AJA was quick, communicative, and professional. They were thorough, but not trying to upsell. Happily recommend them to all!"

"This was a BIG project done during the height of COVID. The house is an old cape with lots of charm and lots of quirks that make a renovation like this challenging, never mind the challenges the pandemic threw in the mix. Jeff and his team did an OUTSTANDING job. They navigated through the many hurdles, were in constant contact with us (which we were in California) to give updates, discuss potential changes needed etc. This renovation touched about every aspect of the house: Entire second floor and bedroom suite with four-piece bath (stand-alone tub and walk-in shower). New Kitchen Finished basement with half bath Screened in Porch All new windows New AC system New shingles Finished carpentry Jef was point with the architect, town for permits and all contractors working on the project. "We worked with Jose toward the end of 2023 to design our dream home. He was very accommodating from the start, especially with meeting locally since he doesn’t have a dedicated office space. We still prefer meeting in person, so that flexibility meant a lot. Most of our communication was with his associate, Ramy, who was great to work with. He’s easy to reach, patient, and always made sure our ideas and concerns were heard. There were a few moments where it felt like they were double checking details or relying on others for confirmation, but it wasn’t a major issue just something to be aware of with any contractor. Overall, we would recommend them. The one area that could really be improved is their design technology. The drawings felt a bit outdated, and we weren’t offered any 3D house plan. Updating this part of their service would make a big difference, since being able to visualize your home in 3D is incredibly helpful when making design decisions."

"In addition to the kitchen, they also remodeled our bathroom. Marco was sensitive to the fact that we only had one bathroom and made sure we were out the facilities for the minimum time possible. Our bathroom remodel was completed with lightning speed which we really appreciated! The kitchen remodel was also speedy. They worked with our requirements for smaller than usual appliances, finding, and even building, cabinets to fit our small kitchen space. Everyone who worked on our projects were very professional, wearing masks and keeping windows open even in the winter months. We're very happy with our new kitchen and bathroom!"
