"Very professional and always on time"

"Joe designed a beautiful family room addition to expand our Cape Cod style home. His design integrated the new room beautifully into the existing house and it looks like it was always there.  All of the builders who bid on his design remarked how detailed and complete his plans were. I would use him again without hesitation. A really good architect and a heck of a nice guy.

"We had LallyGone come in and remove a load-bearing wall for us as part of a larger remodel. We knew that there would be a post-required to support not only the new beam, but an existing steel I-beam that terminated in the same spot. When we opened everything up, it became apparent that in order to adequately support both, the post would need to be much larger than we initially thought - if we simply posted the new beam. We got George on Facetime so he could see what was going on and he worked in real-time with his crew to engineer a solution that not only brought the size of the post back in line with everyone's initial expectations, but actually improved upon the existing post which did not have adequate blocking underneath. If you are looking for a one stop shop, LallyGone is it."

"Very efficient, professional, and a pleasant to do business with."

"I am still in the process of getting my design approved by the city. I had a detailed idea of what I wanted for my renovation, and Vince was able to put it down on paper and adjust to my requests. (Previous architect drew what he wanted for my house, and completely ignored what I was requesting of the design and function of my house. ) Currently waiting for the permits, I don't believe that they will have any problems with the design he created. I would definitely hire him again if needed."

"Anthony -- and the entire team at Paradigm Architecture -- are consummate professionals. They took their time to carefully listen to my needs and then expertly created a plan to satisfy them. Anthony has extensive knowledge in design, construction, and zoning laws. He used this experience to consistently find innovative and elegant solutions for my project. His entire team is highly competent and always go above and beyond for their clients. From drafting detailed construction plans to promptly responding to planning queries, they are extremely customer-oriented and make the entire process seamless and enjoyable. For these reasons, I enthusiastically recommend Paradigm Architecture to anyone looking for dedicated and knowledgeable architects."

"Amazingly! Men showed up next day after giving us a reasonable estimate and finished the work in two days. Paving stone was beautifully laid in pattern. Debris was neatly stacked and removed. Blue stone landing is finally dry after a storm--for years the previous cement landing retained moisture for days after a rain. We couldn't be more pleased with the work and the workers. We have now hired them to redo our entire 100' of landscaping."

"My wife and I hired Mathew of MLS Architecture as the architect for an addition to our house, and we love the way it came out! Mathew was very professional and easy to work with, since he was very communicative, collaborative, and walked us through the entire process. It was fun going through the design process with him, and he gave some great recommendations to make what we had in our head even better. We leaned on his experience quite a bit throughout, and were glad to have him there throughout the construction process as well, as he knew how to get the best work out of the contractors. Having had bad experiences with contractors in the past, it was helpful having someone on our side that spoke their same language and held them to a higher quality standard. Would love to hire/ work with Mathew again if we have any work in the future."

"All went well. It took over a month for the job to begin but once it did, the crew worked diligently. Didn't always know when they were showing up. Surprised that they did not show up on Saturday but came on a Sunday. Fine job!

"Cesar and his workers' were prompt. Most importantly, they are efficient and professional individuals. They completed the home improvement projects as promised. Cesar also fixed another home improvement project; we had not discussed. Lastly, the team cleaned-up after they finished the home projects."
