While other Structural engineers demanded site visits and where going to take weeks to design and approve an Egress window well for a finished basement, Justin jumped all over my requests and had everything completed in 3 Days!!! He was VERY easy to work with, communicated efficiently via text & cell, and even worked on the project at night and early in the morning. Justin was also very privy to the building codes at PPRBD, which many local Structural Engineers were not. "Before getting any work done to your foundation: 1. Get a structural engineer to go out to look at your property. This is advice someone gave me. 2. Make sure that engineer is Jeremy. This is advice Iâ m passing on to you because he is amazing! Before I was told about getting a structural engineer, several people came out to look at the foundation, giving me an average quote of $20,000 though they never went under the house. Jeremy did go under the house and came out with dozens of photos. He showed, as well as told me, what was actually going on with the foundation. Later he emailed me a link to the photos and attached a summary of his observations. Heâ s polite, professional, meticulous, conscientious and knowledgeable. Heâ s very patient. Answered all of my questions. On top of that, heâ s really affordable. I donâ t often recommend people, but I highly recommend Jeremy."

"Alignment Construction was hired to remodel/renovate my Master Bedroom, Bath, and Guest Bath. The rooms were original, 1991. Vance and crew removed all exposed lighting and replaced with recessed. Hardwood flooring was installed in the bedroom and the Master Bath gutted. They removed an existing small shower and, with innovative design, were able to build a large shower with bench seating. This was complicated by an existing window wall that I wanted to keep. By utilizing every inch of space available, they were able to install a stackable washer/dryer and hide it behind a door, giving my home two laundry stations. Vance built a custom vertical sliding storage unit that sits alongside the washer/dryer. I had a good idea of the look I wanted and once conveyed to Vance, he was instrumental in the selection of fixtures and finishes. Everything was 100% professionally handled. There is a contract with cost clearly stated and most importantly, zero surprises. He and his team arrived punctually every morning and the job was completed within the time frame allotted. I live in a strict HOA governed community and Vance adhered to every restriction. My neighbors commented he was there every day - which is evidently unusual for many General Contractors. I will hire Alignment Construction for future work and recommend him without hesitation."
