He caught several things that would have been real pitfalls for us later, including that a wall we previously thought was not load-bearing actually was! He thoroughly explained all the issues involved and possible remedies we could implement. Neil was also really good about telling us which things were essential and which were more optional or could be addressed at a later date. "Hector and Moises were excellent! Hector came with one other of their crew and assembled my permanent gazebo. I have stone pavers and they were very careful in cutting them and digging Deep enough to establish a good anchor. They even installed railings for my back stoop. I would highly recommend them!
