"Zachary was our Architect and interior designer for our whole house renovation and additions. He was excellent and couldn't recommend him more! He made a temporary home into our dream home."

"Valerio was great to work with, he really helped me execute ideas I had for an open concept floor plan and brought fresh out of the box ideas to help me achieve my ideal space. Heâ s very timely, flexible and makes sure youâ re comfortable with all the steps along the way. Highly recommend him."

"I hired Mr. Csak as a consultant to advise me on structural improvements for my home. He did an excellent job. He had a very organized approach. We walked the exterior of the property first and along the way he pointed out all the key issues. Then we did the same with the interior. Louis didn’t just focus on the site of the proposed improvements but he evaluated the entire property, so that he could give me reasoned, detailed advice about my project. He understood the big picture, but he also got down on his hands and knees to take very precise measurements, when necessary. He was very focused on my safety in the home and made sure to test for radon, even though that was outside the scope of the engagement. Since Louis is a professional, licensed engineer you are getting someone with deep technical expertise who also has years of practical applications. Louis is very honest and forthright. He is a true pleasure to work with and I would use him again. I recommend him most highly."

"Robert was super professional and was able to come over to my condo in a timely manner so that we can get a structural report to knock down a wall for our housing association to approve. Robert is awesome and I would recommend him to anybody who needs any structural engineering work on any renovations that they are doing to their own home."

"Doug Cutler is a very professional, experienced architect who was incredibly responsive. He has an engineer in-house, which made the process of our kitchen renovation even easier."

"Super responsive and helpful. Came out within a few days looked at my project (removing load bearing wall and identifying partion walls), and submitted stamped plans within a couple of days. Quick , easy ,simple. Pricing was similar to other engineers I spoke to."

"Adam is very knowledgeable and experienced. His work is excellent. We will be using his services again. Highly recommended."

"We are very happy with Lou. Not only is he very professional and pleasant, he actualy advised us on a number of aspects of home renovation. We were especially impressed and appreciative that Lou didn't just walk away after delivering his drawings, he kept in touch and followed up on the contractor's work. As a result, some crucial issues were picked up and remedied. Also, Lou is very straightforward and honest. He doesn't charge a fee to come out and scope out the work for an estimate (unlike others who contacted us) and his rates were very reasonable. We would highly recommend Lou."

"To be honest Im dealing with a complicated district and I was kind of frustrated that my project was handed off to a new person but Raegan Hammon was the most patient, kind, professional and efficient Architect I have ever had the pleasure 🙏 of doing business with. Thank you for placing my project in her very capable hands. Forever grateful Leilee Keppard [*** Link removed ***]"

"Peter did a great job with our garage addition, and we are very happy with how it turned out. There were a few hiccups along the way, as you would expect with a construction project, but he addressed our concerns and worked with us to find solutions. He was always willing to answer questions and talk things through. Overall, it was a good experience, and we would recommend him."
