Hong was easy to talk to, flexible with the schedule, and clearly a hard working guy. "He did a very good job for me. It cost me about $500 more than what I budgeted but landscaping is so labor intensive and I mean it cost a fortune to get anything done with landscaping, but he did a really good job for me. It costs me more than I wanted to spend, but he showed up on the day he said he would with eight people and they worked all day on my yard and then it was done. They work the buds off and my neighbor came over and this was like vow and it looks beautiful. My neighbor wanted help with interior design on her house and stuff and I said what you need to do is you need to subscribe to Angie's list and you need to get on there and you need to get quotes and you need to get at least three quotes and you need to find an interior designer to help you and you can have your house look fabulous. It was worth the extra $500 dollar I paid just from a service point of view. I would use them again. I would call him again to get a bid. Everything is fine except on the pricing because I don't think he was the lowest price, but he definitely wasn't the highest priced. Meanwhile I sold the house in April and in June the prices went up 10% and I could have made another $50000."
