"Dave was a game changer for us. I had previously hired a different architect, who would miss deadlines and take multiple days to deliver the updates to the design. Now working with O'Brien Custom Home Designs it has been a 180-degree change. Dave delivers or beats his target delivery dates, provided a very sound plan for the home (he improved the previous architect's work) -- both exterior and interior look great for our lake home. I plant to hare O'Brien Custom Home Designs for my next project. I highly recommend."

"It went flawlessly. From the initial meeting to the estimate , everything was completed as discussed."

"We reached out to StruTex Engineering, LLC for a structural engineering review of a construction project that was exhibiting suspected design shortcomings and significantly substandard workmanship. Mofid Nakhaei, PhD, PE from StruTex Engineering inspected construction methods and as-built status at the jobsite, prepared a letter thoroughly summarizing observed construction deficiencies, an engineering opinion of those observed construction deficiencies, and recommendations regarding appropriate next steps. We are totally satisfied with the review performed by Dr. Nakhaei, and we would highly recommend him to anyone seeking a professional structural engineering review of a construction or remodeling project."

"I hired them to create plans for an apartment building. The process was quick and painless. Cost was good. The plans are full complete abd ready to take to builders for quotes. I will definitly use them again."

"I am having an accessory building put in and the city made me get a land survey. I found Trinity Land Survey on Angie's list. They were by FAR the most reasonably priced company that reached out to me after my inquiry. They explained everything in detail to me on the phone amd came out 2 days later and did my survey. 2 days later I had the complete survey emailed to me. Everyone else told me it would cost well over a $1,000 and it would take 10-12 days to complete. I am beyond pleased with their service, the surveyor himself was very polite and respectful. I highly recommend this company for your survey needs. You will not be disappointed and you will want to recommend them too once they finish."

"The structural engineers at Evergreen Structures that talked to me and performed an analysis of my home near downtown Dallas were great to talk to and great to work with. They performed a thorough analysis and produced an excellent report. I highly recommend them."

"They need some time to come back to the home and walk you thru the drawing"
