"Pedro is a very professional Structural Engineer. Very knowledgeable."

"This is the fourth time our firm has hired Arc Design. They are a great company to work with. They met us out at the jobsite along with our client. We reviewed the existing structure as well as what we wanted to create with the new addition. They are very knowledgeable and made suggestions along the way. After our meeting, we collaborated to achieve the final plans that the client's were happy with. Overall, the experience was fantastic. Randy and Julius are a pleasure to work with.

The foundations of this company are built on the desire to run a compassionate, helpful, and honest business. We understand that when contractors or homeowners are searching for an engineer to make a project come to life, there will be questions and concerns that we are ready to tackle. \n \nMost Engineering firms have a lot of hands on the same project. When this happens it leaves room for miscommunication, errors, and frustration. At S&E we’ve eliminated this pain point by limiting the amount of projects we take on in our small (but mighty!) operation. Giving you the speed, accuracy, affordability, and peace of mind you need for your next design. \n \nCompetitive pricing and quick turnaround times. We look forward to working with you!

"Very respectful, straight up guy. He would be great doing the work for you."

"Engineers can be weird people with difficult personalities, but not this guy Tony! He is one of the most respectable business professionals that I have ever met during my 20 years in doing real estate business. Also very energetic, from the moment that I called him...immediately he began doing things, taking a deep interest in my project before I had even hired him. His communication skills and honesty are extra-ordinary. He will return your calls and email in a better than timely manner. I also like the fact that his company is willing to work in other counties!"
