"Pedro was very helpful. I plan on remodeling my house and adding an addition. I called several other structural engineers and none of them really could help me or guide me in the right direction of how to move forward in the process. This is is my first time taking on a project like this so Iâ m a little lost on the steps to move forward. Pedro walked me through the process and told me what I need to do get started and advised me on what walls were load bearing and provided solutions to walls that were load bearing that I potentially want to remove. Iâ m just waiting on an Architect and I look forward to working with the architect and PJM to make the home of my dreams."

"Randy was the ONLY architect of the many in the St. Pete area that we contacted who actually returned our call. In fact, he actually answered his own phone and was very prompt in returning emails. He was very willing to work with us on price, came out to see the project, was patient in explaining FL building code issues to a northerner, and generally was a very nice, pleasant guy to work with."

"Warren Barry drafted the plans for our residential assisted living facility, and I cannot recommend him highly enough. He treated the project like his own ? communicative, responsive, and consistently ahead of schedule without sacrificing quality. What set Warren apart was how he engaged with our vision. He understood our goals and translated them into thoughtful, well-executed plans, while offering smart suggestions that went beyond architecture into the business side of the project. After working with him, Warren is the only architect we feel comfortable scaling our business with. The foundations of this company are built on the desire to run a compassionate, helpful, and honest business. We understand that when contractors or homeowners are searching for an engineer to make a project come to life, there will be questions and concerns that we are ready to tackle. \n \nMost Engineering firms have a lot of hands on the same project. When this happens it leaves room for miscommunication, errors, and frustration. At S&E we’ve eliminated this pain point by limiting the amount of projects we take on in our small (but mighty!) operation. Giving you the speed, accuracy, affordability, and peace of mind you need for your next design. \n \nCompetitive pricing and quick turnaround times. We look forward to working with you!

"I want to share my endorsement of David Graf Construction, Inc. I just bought a house with a 600 sq/ft deck that was not structurally sound. It was the peak of Covid and I couldnâ t get a contractor to show up for scheduled appointments. While driving in the neighborhood, I found David Graf on a job and asked him to come by and review my situation. While he was busy managing several jobs and booked out more months, he took pity on me and graciously came by and assessed my situation. He immediately recognized issues could not wait. He sent me a quote that evening and had a crew on-site a day later. The scope of work included structural improvements and a staircase for the deck. He connected me with a designer & engineer and got it all permitted with the county in record time. A few weeks later the work was completed within time estimate and on budget. The crew was fantastic, respectful & polite and always left the worksite tidied and free of debris. More importantly, the quality of work was exceptional. If you have a need for a general contractor for a construction project, I highly recommend you talk to David Graf of David Graf Construction, Inc."

"Engineers can be weird people with difficult personalities, but not this guy Tony! He is one of the most respectable business professionals that I have ever met during my 20 years in doing real estate business. Also very energetic, from the moment that I called him...immediately he began doing things, taking a deep interest in my project before I had even hired him. His communication skills and honesty are extra-ordinary. He will return your calls and email in a better than timely manner. I also like the fact that his company is willing to work in other counties!"
