"Due to a large crack in my ceiling, I thought I might have a structural issue. Hogan Land Services was prompt in sending someone out to take a look at the issue. After a quick inspection of the attic and crawl space, they determined there were no structural issues. Therefore, there was no need for a structural engineer. Here we are a couple years later and doors are not lined up, the crack in the ceiling continues to get longer and wider, and more cracks in the ceiling and walls.
