"Emanuel’s team was able to start within a few days on a block wall extension and new gate project. They were able to stucco and paint the wall to match the house. The new gate is a huge improvement over the 30-year-old wooden gate. It all looks great!"

"Pedro is a very professional Structural Engineer. Very knowledgeable."

"Justin Garcia communicates very well. He visited the job site within 24 hours of my call, conducted a thorough analysis of the items highlighted by the inspector, and issued his report. He is one of the most knowledgeable structural engineers in the state and his professionalism is exemplary."

"I represented a client purchasing a new home that had a crack in one of the trusses. The buyers requested a structural engineer to assess the issue, but finding someone available on short notice proved difficult—until I connected with Phil. He was transparent, professional, and set clear expectations from the start. Phil handled everything with honesty and expertise, and I would highly recommend him if you ever need a structural engineer."

"Fantastic job, in and out. Everything was exactly as it was explained and agreed upon."

"Everyone was was very professional and very easy to work. The crew started on the day we agreed on and finished on time, with all vegetation being very healthy. If I ever have a question they are fast to respond understanding that I am new to the AZ climate and need some extra hand holding. It feels like a wonderful resort in my backyard!"

"I highly recommend Gary Sumberg for any home Architectural Drawing and Design work. Initially we had some rough ideas on what we wanted to do, but we were unclear how these ideas would affect our budget, or how to implement them. Gary’s experience and knowledge in construction and design helped us come up with a design that met all of our wants and needs. Through the entire process, Gary was very helpful and patient with helping us design our entire home remodel. Gary met with us on many occasions throughout the process. He is very prompt, and was very responsive to our calls, texts and emails. Gary would quickly prepare draft ideas on paper so he could present them to us for consideration in person, or via email. Gary worked with the Power Company to ensure we could move our electrical panel, and he brought in an engineer to prepare the necessary Engineering report, since we were making so many structural changes. Once a final plan was determined, Gary quickly finalized the drawings, and he made multiple copies for us, the city, and our contractors for bidding. Gary then met with the city of Laguna Niguel on multiple occasions to present our plans and to respond to their comments and questions. In the end our construction permit was obtained, Gary made this permit process very simple for us. In summary we were very happy with Gary and would use him again, and would heavily recommend him to our friends. Please do not hesitate to contact me should you want to discuss this via email or phone."

"I'd never used Home Advisor before, and was skeptical of it--but we needed a surveyor NOW to establish a property line in the middle of a home sale--barely 2 days from closing. Credit to my wife--she's the one that tried HA, and it was a home run: Joel was on the job almost immediately and came with a great attitude--professional, yet easy-going, and deftly handled a couple highly-stressed customers. As a former forester I have a working knowledge of surveying, and Joel and his son Jack did an excellent job: had a plat map of the disputed line to us within 24 hours (I hope I'm not setting a high bar here!), walked us through all the details of the survey and history of the area, and then heavily pinned the line for me to facilitate a minor fence relocation that is necessary. The back of his tee-shirt said "surveyors exceeding your expectations" and Joel sure as heck delivered on that!"
