"Pedro was very helpful. I plan on remodeling my house and adding an addition. I called several other structural engineers and none of them really could help me or guide me in the right direction of how to move forward in the process. This is is my first time taking on a project like this so Iâ m a little lost on the steps to move forward. Pedro walked me through the process and told me what I need to do get started and advised me on what walls were load bearing and provided solutions to walls that were load bearing that I potentially want to remove. Iâ m just waiting on an Architect and I look forward to working with the architect and PJM to make the home of my dreams."

"Dan is quick, efficient, and easy to work with. He took my cobbled together floor plan and turned it into a drawing that my builder could use. I'll definitely use him again if I ever need additional plans."

"Elijah was honest and very courteous when visiting our house for the estimate. He himself worked very hard and was always present when work was being done by others. All jobs were completed per the professional estimate we received, and I highly recommend that you speak to this young man if you need any landscaping work done."

"Jeremy was great to work with and very detailed and professional with his review of my homeâ s structure as well as the report he provided. Based on his findings I did have work done on my 62 year old home foundation to hopefully insure I get another 62. Thank you Jeremy!"

"He is a pretty good guy.  He still does the work here in the neighborhood.  He does everything.  He is really good at granite countertops and new kitchen.  He is good at tile work.  The price was really good for the amount of work he did.  He did a lot of tile work.  I paid for the materials.  He was excellent.  He did exactly what he was going to do and that was a good thing.  He fulfilled his commitment.  He is really good at what he does.  He got a clear understanding of what I wanted to do.  He listened to what I had to say.  He did what I expected.  I didn't think I was overcharged for what was done.  He did a really great job.  He was here when he said he would be here and he was here every day until the job was done.  He came out for several weeks.  He was here on time.  He worked till 5 or 6'o clock and he would pick it up the next day.  He was very good.  He did what he said he was going to do.  I was impressed with the overall job he did.  I got him to other people who had high expectation also.  He is a pretty straightforward individual.  I got what I paid for."
