Even though I was just a homeowner and probably will never require a structural engineer in the future, Steven treated me with respect. We spent a lot of time on the phone going over my prints and options to achieve my goal. Steven was very informative and knowledgeable. "Overall I had a very positive experience with LDS. I needed to hire a surveyor when I discovered the boundary lines were incorrect during the process of liquidating my parents estate. I contacted David White, who was very quick at responding to my phone calls, as well as my texts. The guys sent out to the site were polite and finished the survey quickly. The one critique I have is that they need to improve in their turn around time to get the survey documents to the customer quicker.
