"Richard is a wonderful person to work with. Great communication and very easy going. He knows his stuff! He was able to accomodate the design needed for additions in my 1949 Cape Cod style home, as well as redesign on the interior. He lived more than an hour away, but was willing to travel out to my home for measurements! This was a huge plus. He was able to coordinate the printing of blueprints, so I could pay for them and have them sent to my home, since he lived a distance away. I would highly recommend him to anyone, in need of an architect, for a project, on an older home. He was such a pleasure to work with!"

"Excellent work. Dennis is a nice person to talk to and he also replied my emails to answer questions. His team works efficiently and the survey was done in a short period of time. I used it to expand my driveway and the survey works exactly as expected.

"Brad is very understanding and he is friendly. He is very good when architect and engineer comes."

"The structural engineer came to the visit the next day. I had some following up questions on the structural assessment. The engineer response quickly and explain with details."

"Excellent response from an Angie's list Landscaping provider. I noted that this vendor was only 2 miles from my residence and highly regarded. I left him an email on Sunday and he responded within hours, saying he would be by Monday to take a look. He did so and after inspection returned with his mini back-hoe and deftly removed the boulder, and placed it where I asked. An easy project for him, to be sure, but he was friendly, knew what to do and how to do it, and accomplished the task fully professionally, and amazingly quickly, literally fewer than 24 hours after my initial inquiry. Based on his timeliness and friendly attitude, I've subsequently asked him to quote on some additional projects. Highest recommendation!"

"Luis is a true professional and helped make the renovation process easy for the general contractor and myself. All of the phases were explained in depth. The open concept is what I desired and I appreciate his attention to details. I highly recommend Luis if you need a professional architect"

"Bob contacted us very quickly and arrived when he said he would. Gave an honest assessment of what we thought were foundation issues. As one reviewer stated " fair price for piece of mind." I will use his services for any issues or projects I have in the future and would highly recommend him to those needing an engineer."

"Humberto and his team were terrific! They refinished the walls in 3 rooms of our house and their work was top notch. They removed wallpaper, sanded, plastered and painted our walls so that now they look pristine. I asked them if they could put in new doors and they did a great job with that too. I would refer this team to friends and family and will be using them again for other projects."

"Super responsive and helpful. Came out within a few days looked at my project (removing load bearing wall and identifying partion walls), and submitted stamped plans within a couple of days. Quick , easy ,simple. Pricing was similar to other engineers I spoke to."

"I needed my entryway stairs and porches replaced due to age. I found MMP Construction here on Angie’s list, and contacted them through the website. Matt, the owner, called me back the next day and we arranged a time for him to come and give me an estimate. He showed up exactly when he said he would, and emailed me the estimate the next day. When I hired him, he told me upfront that it would be a while before he could start due to an ongoing project he was working on. I appreciated that. When the time came for him to start, there were some delays, mainly weather related, and he was very conscientious about calling me and letting me know what was going on and when to expect them. Although the project took longer than I expected to be finished, I am very happy with the finished product. Matt is excellent at communication. He took care of all permits, and arranged all inspections. His crew was always on time. They did an excellent job cleaning up after they were done, and the finished project was fantastic. I would definitely recommend MMP Construction, and would not hesitate to use them again in the future."
