"I am a very picky person on how I like things done. This has been the best experience I have ever had with work done at my house. I needed the wall behind the fire pit completely redone as it was cracked badly. Emanuel and his crew tore down the old wall and dug a better foundation, added more bars to the structure to make it more solid. I had flagstone removed from the seating area & fire pit surface and replaced with travertine tiles. The bottom portion was to be stucco but in mid project I changed my mind and asked Emanuel to place a stone facade knowing it would be extra money which I thought it was reasonable. Emanuel was very supportive even though it was altering his timeline. We are super happy with the results. Emanuel and his crew are the best! I wish every person had the work ethics and detail oriented principles that Emanuel exhibits on his work."

"1 out of 10? 100 stars! STOP LOOKING NOW I’m not kidding you! YOU HAVE JUST FOUND THE LANDSCAPER YOU WANT! Where do I start?! Craig, the owner, was punctual, arrived every day. He answer all texts and phone calls instantly. They started and didn’t wander to other jobs, but gave us 100% attention. Everything was done from designing to the last plant put in with perfection. Think I’m exaggerating? I AM NOT! I’ve never seen a team work so cohesively! Craig is a friend to us from the beginning. Took us to the nursery helping us pick plants for every one of our needs. He worked with one of the many nurseries in this area that know and respect him. He arrived on time, hooked up with one of the knowledgeable nursery professionals to help walk through and explain and field questions; Craig was right with us, collaborating with us and the nursery for best choices. Craig gets deep discounts because he is THE landscaper of the year. Actually has been awarded the best landscaper since 2009 I believe it was, every year since. Who else could you want working in your yard? By the time they left, every single pebble was in its place. They even swept and water sprayed up all the sand and rocks left in the street or gutter areas. He checked up with us at least twice after the first and second week to make sure watering schedule was right. Oh, and they guarantee the plants! You ever have problems, he’s a call away because the yard they built is their masterpiece, they want it working for you forever. Best thing about Craig and his professional crew...well it’s hard to choose...they come everyday, work all day, Craig the owner was on-site with us everyday. Craig’s personality? Let’s put it this way, I didn’t want the job to finish because he was an instant friend. So honest, kind, authentic...we had quite a few laughs together. His personality is what makes his crew and work so fun and so perfect. He isn’t done until you are 100% satisfied. I just can’t put into words adequately how good this company is! When my yard was all finished ( it took only two days!), I cried . I was so stunned and thankful for my piece of paradise. I’ve ran out of texting strength, but not adjectives. So, if you want quality, honesty, transparency, award winning work and results...stop looking. You’ve found it right here!"

He met with us the day after we called him, he was almost always working alongside his crew and he was always easy to reach throughout the project. We were very surprised by the quality of the design Mike produced, especially given that it was free with installation. He was honest and upfront when addressing our preliminary design thoughts. His knowledge of plants, products and pricing was very helpful. His crew was friendly, professional and hardworking. The jobsite was cleaned at the end of every day. From start to completion the project went flawlessly. Even before the final walk-through, Mike had already made his own list, and corrected anything we would have pointed out. "Henry and his team were wonderful to work with. They communicated clearly, did what they said they would do and showed up on time. The finished work was exactly what we wanted. We couldn't be happier. This project was unique as it involved replacing the decorative roof beams in an interior atrium, siding/trim repair and painting. Atriums are rare, so this didn't fit in with any normal Angi projects. The Framous Builders are framers, but they took on the additional tasks without question and did a fantastic job. "I highly recommend Gary Sumberg for any home Architectural Drawing and Design work. Initially we had some rough ideas on what we wanted to do, but we were unclear how these ideas would affect our budget, or how to implement them. Gary’s experience and knowledge in construction and design helped us come up with a design that met all of our wants and needs. Through the entire process, Gary was very helpful and patient with helping us design our entire home remodel. Gary met with us on many occasions throughout the process. He is very prompt, and was very responsive to our calls, texts and emails. Gary would quickly prepare draft ideas on paper so he could present them to us for consideration in person, or via email. Gary worked with the Power Company to ensure we could move our electrical panel, and he brought in an engineer to prepare the necessary Engineering report, since we were making so many structural changes. Once a final plan was determined, Gary quickly finalized the drawings, and he made multiple copies for us, the city, and our contractors for bidding. Gary then met with the city of Laguna Niguel on multiple occasions to present our plans and to respond to their comments and questions. In the end our construction permit was obtained, Gary made this permit process very simple for us. In summary we were very happy with Gary and would use him again, and would heavily recommend him to our friends.
