"The project went great. Peter is very professional, super knowledgeable, responsive and timely. The plans were done on time and there were no problems with the city review. They answered the questions the contractor had during the construction. Couldn't be happier with the whole process. I thought it would be more difficult than it was. Thanks to Peter and his team we feel very safe with the new addition. We are planning on putting a second story on our house (when we can afford it) and we will absolutely use Peter.

"Very experienced structural engineer who could analyze our rooftop deck and give us a plan for doing the roof and hotub of our dreams!"

"Office personnel knowledgeable and patient and professional and courteous. The Engineers' who arrived at my thank you. Very professional and explained all questions I asked thoroughly. Great job. Will recommend."

"From our very first meeting I knew these were the right people for our project. We added a second story to our home in El Monte and they designed it so beautifully that it doesn?t look like an addition at all. Neighbors keep asking who our architect is."

"Excellently well! Sandy helped me coordinate the inspection expediently. We were on a tight timeline and she pulled some strings so we could get the inspection done in time. Our inspector/structural engineer, Erinn, was personable, thorough, knowledgeable and timely. I highly recommend him and Alpha Structural!"

"Structural Engineer Ehab contacted me about my residential property inquiry. He had already reviewed my property and the general situation I was inquiring about when I called him back. We spoke to me about his concerns with the project and answered all my questions over the phone. He was excellent to work with. Professional & Knowledgeable. Would highly recommend reaching out for technical issues concerning residential engineering. The reason he wasn't hired was that he provided feedback that dissuaded us from taking on a costly project that would not have achieved our stated goals. I will definitely reach out to Ehab in the future prior to beginning any major residential addition or remodel."

"We did a full remodel of our place, full new kitchen, and expanded our place into the backyard for a new master suite. Pac Sands did a really great job with our designs. Great tools that made the communication easy with the plans and changes we needed. And they handled the engineering and permitting too, which was great. Highly recommend."

"I searched many and started off with others and nobody came close in handling what we needed. I found Richard, he came in and took care of it all; it was completed in a timely manner with his accurate thinking. He definitely thought ahead and it saved me a lot of time, grief and money. He got ahead of any issues and resolved potential problems that could arise. He knew exactly what the city would require and did what needed to be done which saved us an untold amount of time and money. I did not know him from Adam, he works at a very different level of ability and knowledge. His pricing for me was the best! He is a gem, get him if you can!"

"I hired AmityGale for my structural engineering home remodel project. I was very pleased with the professionalism and communication . Pricing was competitive and I will definitely recommend them. Thanks again for making this a smooth process in what could have been a stressful experience."
