"We hired Zach to build and design a bathroom and laundry area in an unused space on our upper level. Zach did the drawings filed the necessary permits with New York City and provided us with the product list. Zach acted as the project manager, and worked very closely with the plumbers, electricians and contractor to ensure that all the details of the project were to his satisfaction. The project was completed in a timely manner and the finished product is just amazing. Zach’s vision of using teak as the predominant materia with minimalist accessories created a unique and beautiful room. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️"

"Valerio was great to work with, he really helped me execute ideas I had for an open concept floor plan and brought fresh out of the box ideas to help me achieve my ideal space. Heâ s very timely, flexible and makes sure youâ re comfortable with all the steps along the way. Highly recommend him."

"Robert was super professional and was able to come over to my condo in a timely manner so that we can get a structural report to knock down a wall for our housing association to approve. Robert is awesome and I would recommend him to anybody who needs any structural engineering work on any renovations that they are doing to their own home."

"Doug Cutler is a very professional, experienced architect who was incredibly responsive. He has an engineer in-house, which made the process of our kitchen renovation even easier."

"He knows engineering. I would recommend him."

"Louis was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and thorough. As a structural engineer he was able to evaluate the homeâ s foundation on top of the traditional home inspection, which was exactly what we needed. Highly recommended"

"A soft wall due to improperly installed gutter by some other entity or homeowner caused water to constantly leak into the wall from the exterior roofline. This soft wall grow moldy and become riddled with pests/bugs. The contractor identified the potential issues, agreed to explore and open the walls and discuss the conditions, made sound recommendations for repair and did exactly what was noted in the repair (replaced a load bearing exterior wall, fixed the sill plate, completed the roof, shingles etc. and closed up the walls on the inside with insulation and sheet rock.). The work was timely, well done, the workers were clean as they did the job and kept the rest of the property clean. The manager of the job David Apel was and is an excellent communicator with phone/email/text and photos of processes and progress. I am going to use this company in my own investment endeavors on other properties and projects given the level of finished work, the timing and especially the level of detailed communication."

"Adam and his team (Marco and Danny) are excellent! Removed old kitchen cabinets and granite counter top, put up new drywall and installed new cabinets with precision (my countertop is now level!), and they tiled backsplash. His communication with logistics/timing was spot on. He and his team worked efficiently to get the job done and quality of work is top notch. I would absolutely hire them again."

"Very knowledgeable and professional. I would not hesitate to use them again for any size project."

"I was impressed that Daviid was able to study history of my property and locate monuments several other surveyors couldn't find. He didn't give up until he he had an accurate map to reflect the property. He is also a very nice guy who enjoys his work."
