We added a large section to the back of the house and created a 1 bedroom and a bathroom room with a small kitchen. David came up with comprehensive blueprints for the entire remodeling project, and he also generated a great 3D renderings of the addition for us. He also got for us all the permits from the city."

"I worked with Alpha once before, and they assisted with a second project 2 years ago which, now finally completed, I'm able to write a review about. Alpha helped with structural plans for windows in a garden level unit in order to prepare the proposal for city approval. Alpha is a big company and it took them a little while to complete everything; however I can certainly say that the engineer and contact people were knowledgeable and thorough. The plans were approved with their help and now that the unit is permitted for occupancy, the windows are a lovely attribute to the space."

"The work went fast and quicker than planned.  A very efficient crew showed up the first day and did preparation work.  This consisted of moving furniture, laying paper covering on the floor, covering all furniture in the center of the room with plastic and taping everything so that it was secure.  They even had time to start painting.  Work continued through the second day and was completed the third day ahead of schedule.  The crew then cleaned up the coverings and moved all the furniture back into place. The painters were professional and hard working. I am very pleased with the outcome.  I recommend the use of KN Remodeling to everyone."
