"My wife and I were considering having some remodeling done to our house but we were not sure how it would all work. A friend recommended we hire an architect or draftsman to help with the ideas. We submitted the request through Angie's and found Richard from iCornerstone. We live in Tyngsborough and he came to our house from Weymouth and spent the day measuring everything in the house and provided us with an outstanding renderings and diagrams of our house from all the floors. We didn't have any original drawings and neither did the town wit details. Richards work was exemplary and nothing short of outstanding. He really knows his stuff and he kept in contact the entire time. We asked for the changes and he made them to a second diagram with a 3D layout we could show to the contractors for the remodel. I highly recommend Richard and iCornerstone for any of your needs."

"This contractor was punctual accurate and accomplished everything he said he would do in the timeframe he said he would do it. I would definitely recommend this contractor to anyone that needed an engineer."

"The finished job reflects exactly what you wanted. There is no need for a punch list. The workmen are totally professional and very clean. What’s special is that Perry Brothers have great follow up and works very well with condo boards . In fact, the board was so impressed with the Perry Brothers Construction that they are now employing the company for other major condo projects."

"He knows engineering. I would recommend him."

"We had a huge renovation project on our house in Salem. Khaled was the right guy for the job because he was flexible as things changed, but also made sure that everything was done to a high quality as well as to code. Any overages on price he made sure I knew about before starting the work. As it was such a big project I always wanted to know the latest, sometimes the communication took more time than I would have liked, but was always satisfactory when we did talk. Also sometimes the paperwork took longer than I had hoped. However, the end of the day, we got everything we wanted and Khaled addressed all our concerns and left us wit a beautiful house to move into. I would recommend Abalia to anyone who is looking to get into a big project and needs to feel assured with their decision."

He has excellent sub-contractors who know what they are doing and are pleasant to have in your home.. He provides reliable cost estimates , and is careful to let you know about the additional cost of any changes in plans as the work progresses. He's easily contacted, and returns phone calls in a timely way. I'm happy to have the opportunity to recommend his company."

"I highly recommend MMP. They are a professional and thoughtful crew. If we decide to go ahead with re-doing the roof we will certainly hire MMP."
