"Amazing! I purchased a tiny 200+ year old cottage. Before I made the offer, we had a structural engineer look at it, as it was crooked and quirky, as cottages tend to be. He said all was sound, and gave me a list of remediations for the structural GC to make. We made an offer the next day based on that, and based on the tiny size, the GC felt comfortable making the remediations without plans. When it came time for structural inspection, the town said given we had not used plans, they wanted an engineer to take a look post work. The original engineer refused, saying they only offered post-remodeling inspections for owners whom had hired them as structural architects. I called AJA, and he came out the next day... a total lifesaver as we were holding up the whole project for sign off. He did a thorough inspection, giving a few small, additional recommendations, which we made. We passed the next inspection with flying colors. Because the house is old and quirky, it was not only the home inspector, but also the town commissioner on hand. AJA was quick, communicative, and professional. They were thorough, but not trying to upsell. Happily recommend them to all!"

"We recently hired Konstantin and his team for the fourth time, and it was another five-star job. Time was of the essence, and his crew worked long, long days (with our enthusiastic approval) to get everything done as quickly and efficiently as possible. After sealing off the rest of the house, the KB guys emptied out a packed suite of rooms and then replaced dusty wall-to-wall carpeting there and on the stairs leading up them with beautiful red oak. They removed baseboards and doors, but it was still trickyâ "nosing" extended out along one wall above the stairs, and there two landings, plus a closet and several side rooms. They also custom-built a bookshelf into three walls of a previously awkward space. Ugly fluorescent lighting was replaced with simple LEDs, and the walls were repainted. Then they moved all of the furniture and 9 zillion books back in. The rest of the house remained clean and allergen-free, as promised. While the work certainly wasn't cheap, Konstantin discovered (and passed along) savings along the way, and discussed every decision in advance so there were no surprises. I'm sure we'll hire them again when it's time to update our bathrooms!"

"We worked with Jose toward the end of 2023 to design our dream home. He was very accommodating from the start, especially with meeting locally since he doesn’t have a dedicated office space. We still prefer meeting in person, so that flexibility meant a lot. Most of our communication was with his associate, Ramy, who was great to work with. He’s easy to reach, patient, and always made sure our ideas and concerns were heard. There were a few moments where it felt like they were double checking details or relying on others for confirmation, but it wasn’t a major issue just something to be aware of with any contractor. Overall, we would recommend them. The one area that could really be improved is their design technology. The drawings felt a bit outdated, and we weren’t offered any 3D house plan. Updating this part of their service would make a big difference, since being able to visualize your home in 3D is incredibly helpful when making design decisions."

"After an unusual situation arose at my home, I was concerned about the possibility of structural damage caused by drilling and new construction at an adjacent lot. After receiving a recommendation for Veitas Engineers from a trusted source, I called and scheduled an appointment. I am so thankful that I did. I continue to be impressed with the amount of time that the two engineers spent at my house, closely inspecting the exterior and interior. Within days, I received a 16-page detailed report which included drawings, photographs, recommendations, and action items. I was so pleased when I saw that the action items were categorized as structural and non-structural, that is, that the engineers included items beyond my actual structural concerns.
