"My wife and I were considering having some remodeling done to our house but we were not sure how it would all work. A friend recommended we hire an architect or draftsman to help with the ideas. We submitted the request through Angie's and found Richard from iCornerstone. We live in Tyngsborough and he came to our house from Weymouth and spent the day measuring everything in the house and provided us with an outstanding renderings and diagrams of our house from all the floors. We didn't have any original drawings and neither did the town wit details. Richards work was exemplary and nothing short of outstanding. He really knows his stuff and he kept in contact the entire time. We asked for the changes and he made them to a second diagram with a 3D layout we could show to the contractors for the remodel. I highly recommend Richard and iCornerstone for any of your needs."

"Contacted them in march, they were quick to get back to me to see the job and make a proposal. I wanted steel rather than the more common laminated wood beam, they were happy to accomodate this. I had to clear all my stuff out of the basement so that they could work, this delayed my acceptance of the contract until I finished . When they began it took about a 2 weeks to complete. They first put up 2 tempoary support walls, removed the basement staircase and put it off to one side, then poured the footings for the post.When the concrete was ready it took 1 day to lift in the beam and put the post under it. A great improvement over what was there when i bought the house.

"Dan and his crew were professional, extremely skilled and performed the work exactly as promised.  Dan was very good at keeping us notified of when they would show up when weather and other jobs made scheduling tricky. 
They carted in 3 trucks full of fill and dirt, driving across a large area of lawn without damaging the lawn or the sprinkler heads.
Dan spent a lot of time walking around our yard with us, showing us what trees and shrubs needed some care, and showing us how to properly prune a shrub.
We are very pleased with their work and plan to work with them again in the spring on landscape design of another area of our yard.

"A couple of years ago we had ice dam problems & a crew (not MMP Const) hammered the roof pretty hard. Though we had a mild winter last year, we decided to have the roof checked for damage this year. This was an Angie's list deal. Terry and Raphael from MMP arrived on time and did a thorough inspection of the exterior roof (a few minor repairs were completed-no other problems) and checked the attic and interior walls for water damage (no problems there). They were competent and efficient and I would definitely use this company again. Actually, since they said they do ice dam and snow removal (from roof), I'll most definitely call them first!!"
