"Arrived at scheduled time; performed an in depth walk through and visual assessment; discussed issues in depth; provided verbal assessment of nature of problems and suggested repair actions.. Very satisfied with service provided and associated cost. Definitely would use APAC again."

"I have used an architect in the past for major renovations at my house. Unfortunately, he passed away so I needed to find a new one for the extensive renovations that I want to do at my rental house. I contacted five architects, all of whom were not interested -- probably because one phase of the project involved expanding the basement. All said that it would be a very expensive and difficult venture. When I told the last architect that I spoke to that I had sketched plans of what I envisioned for my project, his response was that I didn’t need an architect; I needed a designer/draftsman. My search led me to Gary at Kapital Drafting. His background in construction is an asset. He visited the property to talk to us about our vision. In our discussion, Gary suggested instead of expanding the basement that we enclose the patio and create a screened porch and then build a bedroom above. His suggestion took us in a completely different direction and no doubt saved me a lot of money in the long run and with a much better outcome than my original plan. The process went quickly (about 8 weeks) and smoothly. We had two Zoom meetings where Gary presented us with his drawings. He made the changes we suggested in real-time. It was so much fun to watch him make the changes right in front of us. Gary was very responsive to all my calls and emails. He listened to what we wanted and he made it happen. Gary is well organized and he is very detail-oriented. His fees were very reasonable. We paid about one-eighth the amount that one architect had quoted. It was a seamless process from start to finish. I highly recommend Gary and his company, Kapital Drafting."

"No fuss no hassle they were up front with their price and told me up front that they were two weeks out with scheduling. There were no hidden fees or games. I would recommend them."

"We had structural issues and didn’t know where to start. Jeffery is an excellent engineer for the job. He was very cordial, communicative and upfront with what he intended to do, the inspection was thorough and he did a few tests to make sure he was getting to the heart of our problem. He was able to scope the issue and give us a detailed breakdown of how to proceed during our consultation and a written report a week after. His rate is unbeatable and the most affordable in the game. Definitely highly recommend his service for any structural inspection."

"Jimmy is a good carpenter with a ton of other skills. Great value and works within your schedule."

"Our master bathroom desperately needed an update, and VKB Kitchen and Bath Frederick completely transformed it. We wanted a bathroom that felt more open and relaxing with a better shower, updated tile and fixtures, and more useful storage. We did run into an unexpected issue once the old bathroom was opened up. Our project manager explained what they found, showed us what needed to be addressed and kept us updated while it was being taken care of. There was a slight delay because of it, but we appreciated that they wanted to fix the underlying problem correctly instead of covering it up and moving on. Now that everything is finished, the bathroom feels like a completely different room. The tile work is beautiful and we love the overall design. Very happy with the end result."
