I called several other structural engineers and none of them really could help me or guide me in the right direction of how to move forward in the process. This is is my first time taking on a project like this so Iâ m a little lost on the steps to move forward. Pedro walked me through the process and told me what I need to do get started and advised me on what walls were load bearing and provided solutions to walls that were load bearing that I potentially want to remove. Iâ m just waiting on an Architect and I look forward to working with the architect and PJM to make the home of my dreams."
