"We recently worked with Johnson Custom Builders to complete a total remodel of our master bathroom and we are absolutely thrilled with the results. We interviewed about 5 companies for the job, and it was clear from the start that working with the owner at JCB was a perfect match for us. This was our first major renovation, and we were anxious about...basically everything! We worked directly with the owner, and he made sure that we knew exactly what to expect at every point of the process. He encouraged us to dream big and then figured out ways to value engineer a solution that was closer to our budget. He brought experts into the project and was very respectful of our home and our family while the project was in process. He was the perfect blend of consultant, designer, builder, project manager, and sometimes even a mediator (!) when we couldn't agree on things. We are excited to continue remodeling our home in the coming years and wouldn't dream of using anyone other than JCB."

"We built a 500 sq ft addition to our small home.  They were meticulous about our project schedule and made sure we got exactly what we wanted.  They also made sure workers did quality work.  Recommended!"

"We needed some room additions to our small house in Burien. After speaking with several other architects and seeing how flaky they were right off the bat, we were dreading the whole process. After speaking with Char once we knew we were in good hands. Her communication was perfect. We would have weekly updates to go over the process and discuss any changes or recommendations. We were on a tight budget for the building costs, so when we found a contractor that we enjoyed, they were able to understand and calculate an accurate estimate from her drawings that were within our budget. She was able to get all the permitting for the additions from the City of Burien within 3 weeks with no redactions. We would hire her again, as matter of a fact, we did hire her for another build/design, Immediately after designing the house additions, but we just ran out of money for that build. I even recommended her to several other friends with their builds."

"I’ve worked with this company on multiple occasions for different projects. I also sold one of the custom builds they completed. Their work is beautiful and they are so wonderful to work with; they value the client experience and care very well for people. I recommend them 10 out of 10 whether residential or commercial!"

"Fantastic company to work with. Very knowledge in all aspects of the build.... from drainage, to concrete work, decking, windows, sport court."

"Shawn & Gianna did great work on my drywall repair & painting project. They also never treated me like my small, half-day job was of less importance than any others they have going on. If I need similar services in the future, I would definitely hire them again!"

"Highly recommend this company to anyone looking for trustworthy and experienced builders. Everything was done with excellence"

"Good engineer and very responsive."

"Amado and his team of very capable and highly skilled folks did an awesome job transforming my backyard into a living area that we look forward to each day. We did an interior and exterior remodel of our home and our experience was quite a contrast. While we had terrible experience with our interior contractor (PM me if you need more about it) and i was quite skeptical about engaging any other contractors, Amado came across as pleasant - always transparent with the recommendations on design and the pricing and more importantly a stickler to the commitment on the quality of the workmanship and the deadlines. Team is also prompt in addressing minor cracks and settling on concrete to fix them during the warranty period in a timely manner. I would highly vouch for him and his crew."

"We hired N&R on a recommendation from a friend and were very pleased with them from beginning to end. Anatoliy, who runs the company, is very knowledgeable, notably since in addition to extensive construction experience he has training as an engineer and therefore understands house issues rather better than most. The work involved constructing a 6-person sauna from cedar (interior) and pine (exterior). This required them to modify what was there already (tearing out old shelves etc) and constructing the sauna room (frame, panels, insulation, seating benches etc), fitting the sauna heater (with associated electrical work), and tiling the floor and lower portion of the room. The result was beautiful and the exterior was constructed in keeping with the existing paneling elsewhere in the basement. Anatoliy managed his small crew very well, and brought in an electrician who fixed a couple of general wiring problems (for very little extra money) while he was at it. We use the sauna all the time. Anatoliy was a pleasure to deal with: very professional, likable and honest. We're going to hire him to do some more work in the near future."
