Once we agreed to the bid they were able to start work in just a few days. I already had a plan and plant list from a landscape architect so I was able to share those documents with them. I had biggest issue with the goffers all over my front yard, the suggestion that Mila gave me was priceless. The way how they did concrete an the amount of rebars they use I knew at that time this concrete stays here for a very long time! Team worked very quickly and efficient always left the job site clean when they left for the day. Mila was also helpful when we added more elements to the original plan. From 2004 to 2012 he was a Principal and Director of Design of the licensed architectural firm Studio Abitare in Emeryville, CA. Currently Igino is providing his services as a Residential Building Designer under California Business and Professions Code 5537 that does not require a license. This was for a 2200sq feet single family home in Sunnyvale. She fought back hard with the city planning division to get the plan approved to our taste. Most of the challenges were around city officials imposing their design choices on us. Very few technical issues in her drawings. We hired a structural engineer whom she had not worked with before and they were able to execute the project smoothly.
