After speaking with Char once we knew we were in good hands. Her communication was perfect. We would have weekly updates to go over the process and discuss any changes or recommendations. We were on a tight budget for the building costs, so when we found a contractor that we enjoyed, they were able to understand and calculate an accurate estimate from her drawings that were within our budget. She was able to get all the permitting for the additions from the City of Burien within 3 weeks with no redactions. We would hire her again, as matter of a fact, we did hire her for another build/design, Immediately after designing the house additions, but we just ran out of money for that build. I even recommended her to several other friends with their builds."

"I bought a deal on Angie's list for a landscape assement/Analysis and more. The description said that it included a conceptual diagram. Having worked with profession landscaping companies before I had a specific set of expectations from a conceptual diagram and offcourse $99 sounded like an awesome deal. To my dismay - this was a complete rip-off. All I got back was a shabby hand drawn piece of paper. Frankly it looked like some kid had done a little doodle on the paper. The person who came by was a real nice guy but the service he provided was not anywhere worth the $99 I paid for it."

"We had a great experience. Rodrigo initially gave an estimate in late fall but suggested that we wait until early spring to do the work so that the turf would root faster. During the planing stage, Rodrigo came to our home twice with advice on planning the project and also came with us to the stone yard to give advice on the stone best suited to our job. We scheduled the work several weeks in advance and Rodrigo showed up on time with his crew. The stone installation took at least a day longer than planned but Rodrigo and his crew showed up on Saturday and Sunday to finish the job. They were great about cleaning up after each day and did a great job on all aspects of the project. Rodrigo also came by two weeks after the job to check on the work and to make sure we were satisfied. We would certainly use Vista Gardens again and highly recommend them."
