We worked directly with the owner, and he made sure that we knew exactly what to expect at every point of the process. He encouraged us to dream big and then figured out ways to value engineer a solution that was closer to our budget. He brought experts into the project and was very respectful of our home and our family while the project was in process. He was the perfect blend of consultant, designer, builder, project manager, and sometimes even a mediator (!) when we couldn't agree on things. We are excited to continue remodeling our home in the coming years and wouldn't dream of using anyone other than JCB."
