"Louis was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and thorough. As a structural engineer he was able to evaluate the homeâ s foundation on top of the traditional home inspection, which was exactly what we needed. Highly recommended"

"A soft wall due to improperly installed gutter by some other entity or homeowner caused water to constantly leak into the wall from the exterior roofline. This soft wall grow moldy and become riddled with pests/bugs. The contractor identified the potential issues, agreed to explore and open the walls and discuss the conditions, made sound recommendations for repair and did exactly what was noted in the repair (replaced a load bearing exterior wall, fixed the sill plate, completed the roof, shingles etc. and closed up the walls on the inside with insulation and sheet rock.). The work was timely, well done, the workers were clean as they did the job and kept the rest of the property clean. The manager of the job David Apel was and is an excellent communicator with phone/email/text and photos of processes and progress. I am going to use this company in my own investment endeavors on other properties and projects given the level of finished work, the timing and especially the level of detailed communication."

"We hired Lasting Strength to tear down and build a new deck. Adam and his team of Marco and Danny were great to work with. They showed up on time, listened to our requests, and came in on budget. We also had them do various other odd jobs including re-grouting the shower tiles. All their work was expertly and beautifully done. And Adam was exceptional in finding solutions to challenging projects. We highly recommend them."
