"We hired Zach to build and design a bathroom and laundry area in an unused space on our upper level. Zach did the drawings filed the necessary permits with New York City and provided us with the product list. Zach acted as the project manager, and worked very closely with the plumbers, electricians and contractor to ensure that all the details of the project were to his satisfaction. The project was completed in a timely manner and the finished product is just amazing. Zach’s vision of using teak as the predominant materia with minimalist accessories created a unique and beautiful room. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️"

"Valerio was great to work with, he really helped me execute ideas I had for an open concept floor plan and brought fresh out of the box ideas to help me achieve my ideal space. Heâ s very timely, flexible and makes sure youâ re comfortable with all the steps along the way. Highly recommend him."

"Robert was super professional and was able to come over to my condo in a timely manner so that we can get a structural report to knock down a wall for our housing association to approve. Robert is awesome and I would recommend him to anybody who needs any structural engineering work on any renovations that they are doing to their own home."

"He knows engineering. I would recommend him."

"A soft wall due to improperly installed gutter by some other entity or homeowner caused water to constantly leak into the wall from the exterior roofline. This soft wall grow moldy and become riddled with pests/bugs. The contractor identified the potential issues, agreed to explore and open the walls and discuss the conditions, made sound recommendations for repair and did exactly what was noted in the repair (replaced a load bearing exterior wall, fixed the sill plate, completed the roof, shingles etc. and closed up the walls on the inside with insulation and sheet rock.). The work was timely, well done, the workers were clean as they did the job and kept the rest of the property clean. The manager of the job David Apel was and is an excellent communicator with phone/email/text and photos of processes and progress. I am going to use this company in my own investment endeavors on other properties and projects given the level of finished work, the timing and especially the level of detailed communication."

"Laura is very personable and gets the job done in an efficient manner. She did a professional drawing/ layout for a building permit for my house in Bridgeport,CT. There were not any discrepancies. And she has reasonable prices!😀 Very satisfied customer! Thank you Laura"

"Roger is a gentleman and a professional of the highest caliber. My wife and I are building a home in North Stonington, CT and hired a virtual architect 2 years ago to design our home. After $5,000, and 3 months, we were left with what felt like an intern-level deliverable. We swore that the next time we used professional services, we would find someone who had experience in the industry, knowledge of the area, and the passion for building a young families dream home, not just processing work. We found all of those things in Roger and could not be happier with his work or his kindness as a person. I am now in the budgeting phase and am sending out Rogers drawings for contractors to quote, and the first thing every one of them says is I have not heard of this Greenwald guy but he does damn good work. It inspires my wife and I to know that we were in such capable hands."

"Evolution design worked with me on designing and addition for a 100 and 5 year old house. We worked on the dimensions of the addition Plus the materials. Evolution understood the local zoning which was amazing that they knew that. We have not started construction. And evolution can help pull the permits and I'm considering them for that as well. All in all it was a long project but it was done efficiently, working with several of the staff an the departments."

"Cardinal Design was amazing! Not only do they have a tremendous man experience. They also have vision and creativity. Our home is now exactly the way we want it to be."
