"Structural engineer came by to confirm if wall was non-load bearing as suspected. Confirmed, can now move on with my project."

"I highly recommend Franco and Rene as skilled architects. We hired them to design plans to remodel our kitchen, bathrooms, and design a new master bathroom and bedroom that we are adding to our home by converting an existing space. After meeting with them, they got a sense of our design aesthetic and the 3D renderings came out great. They were easy to work with, professional, and the work they produced was high quality. Exceptional customer service and they are very responsive. They also handled filing our permits. You will be in good hands with Franco and Rene."

"My residential construction project was abruptly put on hold when a city inspector required a survey to verify the property boundaries. Unfortunately good surveyors are in high demand (at least 4 weeks out), and Voorheis and Voorheis was no exception. However, after discussing my job with Jeff, he thought he'd be able to work it in very soon between other clients. Jeff patiently answered my questions, and I ultimately felt confident to hire them for the survey. I was really happy with their thoroughness and professionalism, and ultimately the city inspector was satisfied and approved our setbacks. Thanks to Voorheis and Voorheis for getting my project quickly back on track with their excellent and timely work!"

"I recently hired G&L Design Building and Landscape for a major outdoor project, and I couldn't be more thrilled with the results! From start to finish, the experience was seamless, professional, and truly impressive. Dror, the owner, is a visionary. His attention to detail, creativity, and commitment to quality were evident in every phase of the project. He took the time to understand my vision and brought it to life even better than I imagined. His team built a stunning retaining wall, installed lush, vibrant turf, and laid down beautiful interlocking pavers that completely transformed the space. On top of that, they planted an incredible selection of trees and flowers that added the perfect finishing touch—absolutely breathtaking! The crew was punctual, respectful, and worked with great care and precision. It’s rare to find a team so dedicated and passionate about their craft. If you're looking for top-tier landscaping and design, look no further than G&L Design. Dror and his team are the real deal—professional, talented, and a pleasure to work with. Highly recommended!"

"The landscaping and landscapers did a fantastic job. Never was pressured to do more than I wanted. Their ideas suited the needs of what I asked for."

"Excellent experience again with Alpha Structural. Charlie Rosenkranz came to see the 3-story apartment building in West Hollywood. We discussed what the soft story retrofit plans will likely include. He's knowledgeable and experienced. We appreciated his professional no-pressure approach and answering our questions. Alpha performed an exploratory investigation of the support structure, as architectural plans were not available. They engineered the plans with city approval. They then consulted with us and provided the approved THP (Tenant Habitability Plan) paperwork. Production Manager Dave Schlaich and Job Supervisor Seth Price met me before construction. Dave went over the approved plans and explained the work that would be performed, and the purpose. They both answered all my questions. Lawrence and Antonio were the main work team. They were very pleasant and answered all our questions. Both had great explanations with Lawrence being very detailed. Seth provided timely progress reports by phone and text. He answered all questions, and provided contacts for automatic shut-off gas valves and stucco work. Despite Covid-19, they scheduled and passed inspections, and completed the work in under a month. We've seen projects by other companies stuck in limbo for months with no progress, so we chose Alpha to avoid complications. They removed all debris, and left the property clean. The tenants and neighbors had no complaints. Daniel Aparicio also explained various issues. Communication with everyone, including the office staff, was excellent. We're very pleased with this experience."

"If you?re here looking for an architect, look no further. Francisco is the man for the job. He helped us with a garage to ADU conversion. Francisco kept us informed and communicated with us throughout the entire project. He was very professional, helpful and patient. We had tons of questions and he had the answers. He is very efficient and great at his job. We would hire him again with no hesitation. Thank you Francisco for making for making this process a breeze!"

"Kn remodeling and supplies did an excellent job, which consisted of remodeling two bathrooms, the kitchen, two bedrooms, living room, dining/bar area, and upgrading the garage ceiling.

This townhouse project included stripping wallpaper (5+ rooms), painting throughout including staircase walls/ceilings and all the doors and closets, baseboards, toilets, bathrooms shower doors + associated plumbing hardware, bathrooms tiling, and cement-board floor replacement of linoleum in the kitchen + bathrooms.

During this process, the crew took great care not to damage pre-existing items in the house, including the hardwood floors and others. They were very attentive, courteous and professional, and importantly responded to our needs for some scheduling accommodations.

Debris removal/collection was conducted daily, allowing us a welcome degree of relatively unobstructed normalcy during and (especially) after work-days, as the multi-week project progressed. Dust-protection of floors, staged items and furniture was well-implemented, with residual particles (floaters) needing post-remodeling attention.

I want to thank Nathan and KN Remodeling

"Encore Builders transformed my backyard into a little oasis with the new pool they built for us. I had a specific vision in mind with a modern design, water feature, and plenty of lounging space, and they nailed it. The project manager kept me updated regularly, so I never felt out of the loop. They handled permits and inspections without any hassle, which saved me a lot of stress. Construction was done in a timely manner, and even though there were a few rainy days that slowed things down, they still finished close to the original schedule. The end result is gorgeous , clean lines, perfect finish, and everything works flawlessly!"
