"I am a very picky person on how I like things done. This has been the best experience I have ever had with work done at my house. I needed the wall behind the fire pit completely redone as it was cracked badly. Emanuel and his crew tore down the old wall and dug a better foundation, added more bars to the structure to make it more solid. I had flagstone removed from the seating area & fire pit surface and replaced with travertine tiles. The bottom portion was to be stucco but in mid project I changed my mind and asked Emanuel to place a stone facade knowing it would be extra money which I thought it was reasonable. Emanuel was very supportive even though it was altering his timeline. We are super happy with the results. Emanuel and his crew are the best! I wish every person had the work ethics and detail oriented principles that Emanuel exhibits on his work."

"Pedro is a very professional Structural Engineer. Very knowledgeable."

"Phil Schembri conducted a thorough structural inspection of our home with actions and reccommendations providing a detailed report with photos. He also responded quickly to my text messages. I would highly reccommend Schembri Engineering."

"In May 2017 we hired AZ NativeScapes to landscape our townhouse back yard, which was originally nothing but boring gravel. These photos were taken right after work was completed; the plants have grown a LOT since then, and now it's quite the paradise out there. Work included pavers on the patio and extended two feet past the concrete pad, a new paver walkway from the gate down to the driveway, a half wall to hide the trash cans (which blends in perfectly with the back wall - you'd never know it wasn't original), leveling and reshaping the yard, moving boulders to better locations, new gravel for the yard, an artificial turf area, new plantings, and an irrigation system. Quality of the work was fantastic, and Craig and his crew were so easy to deal with. They worked quickly and were done with everything in a couple of days. July 2022 update: the irrigation system started acting up - wasn't running the whole programmed time, then stopped turning on at all. Christian came out and did some troubleshooting to figure out the problem, then replaced the valve solenoid at no charge. How's that for service, five years after the original job! If you need any kind of landscaping done, AZ NativeScapes just has to be your first call. We love the work they did transforming our yard into a place we enjoy every day."

"Fantastic job, in and out. Everything was exactly as it was explained and agreed upon."

"Everyone was was very professional and very easy to work. The crew started on the day we agreed on and finished on time, with all vegetation being very healthy. If I ever have a question they are fast to respond understanding that I am new to the AZ climate and need some extra hand holding. It feels like a wonderful resort in my backyard!"

"I highly recommend Gary Sumberg for any home Architectural Drawing and Design work. Initially we had some rough ideas on what we wanted to do, but we were unclear how these ideas would affect our budget, or how to implement them. Gary’s experience and knowledge in construction and design helped us come up with a design that met all of our wants and needs. Through the entire process, Gary was very helpful and patient with helping us design our entire home remodel. Gary met with us on many occasions throughout the process. He is very prompt, and was very responsive to our calls, texts and emails. Gary would quickly prepare draft ideas on paper so he could present them to us for consideration in person, or via email. Gary worked with the Power Company to ensure we could move our electrical panel, and he brought in an engineer to prepare the necessary Engineering report, since we were making so many structural changes. Once a final plan was determined, Gary quickly finalized the drawings, and he made multiple copies for us, the city, and our contractors for bidding. Gary then met with the city of Laguna Niguel on multiple occasions to present our plans and to respond to their comments and questions. In the end our construction permit was obtained, Gary made this permit process very simple for us. In summary we were very happy with Gary and would use him again, and would heavily recommend him to our friends. Please do not hesitate to contact me should you want to discuss this via email or phone."
