"We hired Zach to build and design a bathroom and laundry area in an unused space on our upper level. Zach did the drawings filed the necessary permits with New York City and provided us with the product list. Zach acted as the project manager, and worked very closely with the plumbers, electricians and contractor to ensure that all the details of the project were to his satisfaction. The project was completed in a timely manner and the finished product is just amazing. Zach’s vision of using teak as the predominant materia with minimalist accessories created a unique and beautiful room. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️"

"Robert was super professional and was able to come over to my condo in a timely manner so that we can get a structural report to knock down a wall for our housing association to approve. Robert is awesome and I would recommend him to anybody who needs any structural engineering work on any renovations that they are doing to their own home."

"We hired Lasting Strength to tear down and build a new deck. Adam and his team of Marco and Danny were great to work with. They showed up on time, listened to our requests, and came in on budget. We also had them do various other odd jobs including re-grouting the shower tiles. All their work was expertly and beautifully done. And Adam was exceptional in finding solutions to challenging projects. We highly recommend them."

"We are very happy with Lou. Not only is he very professional and pleasant, he actualy advised us on a number of aspects of home renovation. We were especially impressed and appreciative that Lou didn't just walk away after delivering his drawings, he kept in touch and followed up on the contractor's work. As a result, some crucial issues were picked up and remedied. Also, Lou is very straightforward and honest. He doesn't charge a fee to come out and scope out the work for an estimate (unlike others who contacted us) and his rates were very reasonable. We would highly recommend Lou."

"I was impressed that Daviid was able to study history of my property and locate monuments several other surveyors couldn't find. He didn't give up until he he had an accurate map to reflect the property. He is also a very nice guy who enjoys his work."
