"The work Erdelyi associates did is great, but communication and timeliness were lacking. I didn’t have a consistent point of contact throughout the project - it just seems my project was handed off from one person to the next with no continuity and I had to proactively reach out for updates."

"Office personnel knowledgeable and patient and professional and courteous. The Engineers' who arrived at my thank you. Very professional and explained all questions I asked thoroughly. Great job. Will recommend."

"Jeff was great to work with! He responded quickly to my inquiry about needing a survey, his crew who came out to do the survey was very friendly and provided me with a lot of information, and his price was extremely fair for the work performed. I highly recommend this company, and have even passed along his information to my architect to refer clients to in the future!"

"Eran quickly responded to my inquiry regarding a load bearing structure of my home. He sent his structural engineer to determine if the structure was a load bearing problem. The engineer was able to determine 100% that it was not a load bearing structure. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs structural engineering solutions."

"The landscaping and landscapers did a fantastic job. Never was pressured to do more than I wanted. Their ideas suited the needs of what I asked for."

"After having remodeled our kitchen several years ago, we had KN remodel our master bathroom. Great guidance, from the construction stuff we don't understand to the aesthetic discussions we much appreciate. Done on time, and with great clarity around the billing. And the crew was great -- neat, thoughtful, on time, helpful. A big thumbs up."

"We did a full remodel of our place, full new kitchen, and expanded our place into the backyard for a new master suite. Pac Sands did a really great job with our designs. Great tools that made the communication easy with the plans and changes we needed. And they handled the engineering and permitting too, which was great. Highly recommend."

"Cipriano and his crew were one of the best contractors we have ever hired. They performed the work timely and at a competitive price. Of great importance, however, is the pride they have in their work and how much customer service they give--making sure the project meets customer expectations at every stage. Absolutely outstanding."
