"Great! Jason Luft at Techease Consulting has been my personal home computer tech guy for over 7 years. I cannot remember when nor how my reliance on Jason of Techease Consulting began. It may very have been ten years ago and this is 2020 or longer. I was in a different Brooklyn neighborhood when it began. I have felt highly privileged to have a "home tech guy" service my home computers. Jason has done all my service needs for computers; advised me on the purchase of a new computer as well as an accompanying printer; laptop, external hard drive even installed all that I mentioned above. He's installed Microsoft Office software onto my computer(s). He's done so many things I'm probably not remembering them all; he's personable, genuine, just a good person. I have also referred him to several people over the years. What can I say...he's just great!!"

"Hired Kamcrest to help install a home network and set up audio/visual systems. Consulted with Amit (owner) who came over personally to go over the project and make recommendations. Amit and his team installed network complete with Cat wiring, switches and an Eero mesh system. Our wifi and home network are working flawlessly with great signal coverage in our 2000sq ft apartment. His team also hung our two OLED TVâ s with Apple 4k, and concealed all the speaker wiring. I was skeptical of his recommendation for the Apple 4k, but the picture quality and the way it integrates with all of our other Apple devices is truly great. However, the reason why iâ m writing this review is to discuss the customer service experience. About 2 weeks after the installation, some of the wiring for the speakers became unsecured and damaged the paint on the wall. Amit and his crew came over, resecured the wiring, repaired and repainted everything to perfection. Great customer service is hard to find these days - but these guys went above and beyond. Iâ m so happy i had Kamcrest help with our networking and AV setup. They are knowledgable and professional and i recommend them highly. Victor M."

"Rajeev and his team at Tech Design were absolutely fantastic in every way. Informative, professional, thoughtful, responsive and a complete pleasure to work with. I had an ancient internet set up in my apartment, with exposed ugly wires and cables, and unbearably slow internet. Rajeev responded within 1 hour of my posting on Angi's List, and set up an appointment to evaluate my needs within 2 days. He designed a network, with boosters and improved connections, and his associate Angel installed the entire set up within 10 days. Flexible when confronted with onsite conditions that required reworking a few things, and kind and helpful for a few items that were not on the list (installing toner in one of our printers!) And Rajeev followed up several times to make sure everything was working properly. In short, I can recommend Tech Design wholeheartedly and without any reservation."
