I was able to let him work on the problems and 2 hrs later he said he was finished.I asked him for his advice to help the computer run better from now on and his suggestion was to to change fire wall provider. I will call him back when it is time to change.

"It was great. Within maybe 30 minutes I received a call from a tech in my area and we arranged for him to come to my house the next day, I believe. He spent a couple hours here, ran several pieces of diagnostic software, and removed some malware. I have no idea of all the functions he performed. When he left, my laptop ran like a new laptop! I was thrilled. I don't recall that I have used them since Geekatoo and Hello Tech became one. but I will be using them soon. I have a desktop computer that needs review."
