They discussed what it would cost to just get a new computer against the repair cost. Most important to me was they were professional and made sure I was in charge of what was an acceptable repair. "It was great. Within maybe 30 minutes I received a call from a tech in my area and we arranged for him to come to my house the next day, I believe. He spent a couple hours here, ran several pieces of diagnostic software, and removed some malware. I have no idea of all the functions he performed. When he left, my laptop ran like a new laptop!
