"Mike ranks at the top of my list as to have someone like Mike that helped me with my computer problems. Mike is very knowledgeable, experienced, capable, friendly and easy to work with. He explained what he needed to do to help correct the problems on my computer. Mike let me know what he would charge me for his work and it is reasonable. He hooked me up to his computer so I did not have to leave my computer off with someone to get the work done. I just spent part of the evening with Mike and he was able to solve the problems that I had. I cannot thank you enough, Angie, for having Mike on your list. Where I live in central Minnesota, it has become nearly impossible for me to find someone who has the knowledge, experience and ability to help me with any computer problem that I may have now or later. I give Mike 5 stars + for what he did to help me, I enjoyed his pleasant personality and I plan to have him help me again in the near future. :) :)"

"Fantastic - work was done remotely in about an hour, and my computer is better than new!"

"Went very well.....scheduled appointment at my convenience, was on time, and worked very quickly.  Showed what work he did.  I waited a couple of weeks before submitting this report to make sure I had no further issues.   Computer works fine and problem resolved.  I would use My Computer Buddy again.
Very professional.....explained everything he was going to do.

"It turned out alright. They did it over the internet. They didn't come out. There were no additional charges beyond the big deal price. My computer was so old. It really didn't last very long. The computer went slow again. I think they did as good as they could have done."

"It went very well. A small shop, but Marvin is very good with computers, is very conscientious, excellent at keeping customer informed and meticulous in explaining what he recommends and then explaining what he has done and why. He also stuck to the timelines he had indicated. Work included establishing regular access to on line and wi-fi services, resetting several items, updating several others, reinstalled wifi hardware driver, minor tuneup, cleaned CPU heatsink and cooling fans, installed fille of maintenance tools, etc."
