"Went very well.....scheduled appointment at my convenience, was on time, and worked very quickly.  Showed what work he did.  I waited a couple of weeks before submitting this report to make sure I had no further issues.   Computer works fine and problem resolved.  I would use My Computer Buddy again.
Very professional.....explained everything he was going to do.

"We have also purchased computers from here. I highly recommend them. He is very knowledgeable about what he does. The service he provides is very timely. He is pleasant to work with and very helpful. He also provides computer training. I'm very happy with him and will buy our next computer from him as well."

"I thought I had a computer virus on my laptop. All Computer Needs picked up my computer, repaired it and returned it in the same day. The company owner and the tech who repaired my laptop were friendly, helpful, and earned my business forever. The tech called me ahead of time before coming to my home. When he delivered it, and I tried to restart the computer and had problems, he turned around in his car, came back and fixed the issue. The price is more than reasonable. I will ask them to connect a printer with my laptop very soon. I heartily recommend them for being knowledgeable, informative, courteous, and reasonably price."
