Tom came to our home and showed us the various options on TV installation as well as pros and cons of different types of video security setups. We ultimately decided to buy a new “smart” TV as well as a standalone video monitoring system. Tom advised us on brands of equipment he had good success with while being conscious of our budget. Tom and his team installed everything for us flawlessly! His knowledge and attention to detail was awesome. He treated our home as if it was his own, and was respectful of our time and the need for safety during these trying Covid times. "Every time he comes, we have 7 computers and he checks and updates everything and fixes everything that others couldn't fix. he configures the whole network in the house to make sure that all our computer are all hooked up and communicating with the network. he is clean, careful, and very professional with his work. We couldn't find anyone as competent as Mr. Caughman. He pricing is honest and reasonable."

"It was great. Within maybe 30 minutes I received a call from a tech in my area and we arranged for him to come to my house the next day, I believe. He spent a couple hours here, ran several pieces of diagnostic software, and removed some malware. I have no idea of all the functions he performed. When he left, my laptop ran like a new laptop! I was thrilled. I don't recall that I have used them since Geekatoo and Hello Tech became one. but I will be using them soon. I have a desktop computer that needs review."

"My second appointment with Geek Choice in March went well. The phone call from the office to determine what I wanted to accomplish at the visit is a great idea. I would say that here is where Geek Choice can look for complications. For example, someone who's used a computer at work and at home may still be unaware of some basic ideas. For example, if a device is to be added, does it need to be charged, does the person have the correct cable or battery, etc. Young people know this; older people do not necessarily.
The representative was courteous, knowledgeable, patient, and offered additional tips. He arrived within the time frame specified.
