He came out quickly and was very professional throughout the process. He got my computer back up and running with the network in short order. We found a little Scandinavian fireplace to go in a corner and still have room for all of our windows. The woodworking is outstanding the travertine floors are great but the beams are the highlight of the room and everyone’s favorite. He got back to me right away and then he did not call me back for a while. He did a complete scan because he messed it up. I felt like he could have been more professional. I ended up trying to contact him a couple of times. There were no additional charges. I appreciate that he did a complete scan instead of a partial. The computer is running faster to an extent. There was a little bit of an improvement and I used another company after which I saw a huge difference. He tried to make it up."

"He did everything that I wanted done at the time. I used him quite a bit, so I've paid quite a bit. It took a while to get a few things done that I needed done. I needed a new keyboard and a new mouse for my new computer. He drove me to the store to buy them and pointed out what was a good buy. He set up my printer. I used to do all this stuff myself, but the new stuff, I don't know what they're talking about. He used to come over and bring me coffee. He is quite reasonable. It's not cheap to have them out because some of the stuff takes longer than an hour to set up and do. I don't drive and I didn't know what I needed, so it was a help. He seemed to know what he was doing. He was prompt. He came when he said he would. I suppose his communication could be better. He seems to be a well educated person. Overall, the experience was fine. He brought me coffee from a nice coffee place. It was a nice treat. He didn't charge me for that."
