"It all went very well. Mike fixed my computer and I never even left home. I didn't have to disconnect it from anything. I simply gave him access and control."

"Hired Kamcrest to help install a home network and set up audio/visual systems. Consulted with Amit (owner) who came over personally to go over the project and make recommendations. Amit and his team installed network complete with Cat wiring, switches and an Eero mesh system. Our wifi and home network are working flawlessly with great signal coverage in our 2000sq ft apartment. His team also hung our two OLED TVâ s with Apple 4k, and concealed all the speaker wiring. I was skeptical of his recommendation for the Apple 4k, but the picture quality and the way it integrates with all of our other Apple devices is truly great. However, the reason why iâ m writing this review is to discuss the customer service experience. About 2 weeks after the installation, some of the wiring for the speakers became unsecured and damaged the paint on the wall. Amit and his crew came over, resecured the wiring, repaired and repainted everything to perfection. Great customer service is hard to find these days - but these guys went above and beyond. Iâ m so happy i had Kamcrest help with our networking and AV setup. They are knowledgable and professional and i recommend them highly. Victor M."

"Got my computer running again"

"Aaron the owner called us right back after I put in the message to Angie’s list. We setup an appointment for him to setup my new WiFi router. He showed up on time. He took his time to explain everything about our router and access point that he supplied. He set it up so quickly without any down time for our business. This is very important, due to we need our computers for everything in our business. It was just a painless time with him. He’s a very knowledgeable IT person and also very knowledgeable about our phone system and cameras and security system. We are so happy we found him and now have an IT guy that will help us if need his assistance."

"Very Professional And Install All Of Tv Mount Properly! Highly Recommend"
