"Went very well.....scheduled appointment at my convenience, was on time, and worked very quickly.  Showed what work he did.  I waited a couple of weeks before submitting this report to make sure I had no further issues.   Computer works fine and problem resolved.  I would use My Computer Buddy again.
Very professional.....explained everything he was going to do.

"This was an excellent experience.  The owner of the company called and set up a two-hour time period that was convenient for us.  My computer was no longer working correctly, as I could not get onto the internet without popups blocking my every move.  He remotely worked on the computer, discovered a virus, and removed it in less than an hour.  He also recommended antivirus software.  My computer is working perfectly again - I was ready to throw it against a wall and buy a new one!

"Great. Joe Zimmerman of AAA Computers showed up on time, knew exactly what he was doing, and even supplied a power cord which was missing from the box the movers had packed the computers in. He went out of his way to make sure things were working correctly and gave me a tutorial on fixing issues by myself were additional problems to crop up."

"The service went well and I learned about productivity
monitoring software because of Geek Choice?s technician."

"Jim with North Alabama Technical Services removed some items from my computer so that I could send emails and attend to items I needed to address that day. As planned, the next day he thoroughly cleaned my computer, he also made helpful suggestions while working on my computer. I would call him again if needed and I thought the fee was reasonable."
